Yes, the data says a lot, but not homophobia. If a person's sexual preference leads to homophobia, this study doesn't seem to show it. It's possible, but other research would have to show it. Concluding homophobia from sexual preference contributes to: Many women might not outright admit they won't date bisexual men because they might get called biphobic or homophobic. Is there anyone without sexual preferences of any sort, who finds all humans equally sexually attractive?

We can't say because we don't know all the evidence. What we can say is that there should be a fair process giving the relevant parties a chance to present their cases. Giving one person's description in a few words over the internet is far from a fair process. I think making a medical case is counterproductive and distracting. The issue is consent and choice over one's body. Even if circumcision was beneficial, I believe forcing someone to do it would be wrong. If an adult chooses to get circumcised, that's his business. If he's too young to make an informed decision, I believe the state should protect his body, not mutilate it, nor allow anyone else to.

I oppose mandating people's speech, but I believe having a gender-neutral term would be useful. People here downvote this view, I guess because they confuse my liking the idea of a new set of pronouns with supporting mandating other people's speech, which I protest. There are many occasions when I want to be gender neutral and my language forces me to specify a gender or use "they" or "it", which don't work as well.
