This is pretty huge, if true. Red pillers in shambles.

Glad you have standards. Sadly I can't say the same for all guys/girls our age.

You should probably stay off this subreddit. Too many bitter dejected single men/women, who are here arguing which group is responsible for their dating woes.

True. I hate to say it social media has fucked with my generations social skills. The average dude back then could at least hold a non akward conversation with a stranger. The average dude back then would at least make an effort to talk to people. Nowadays, everyone just wants to use Tinder.

Beta hubby, because I think in the end of the day it brings more fulfilment Lmao. Tell that to the men in r/DeadBedrooms. Ask them if the fulfillment they get from being in a sexless relationship is better than being a fuck boy.

Okay. But even in real life, it's the same thing. Guys will sleep with any lady that puts out, but women will only sleep with men who are exceptional. No one denies that it's easier getting laid in as a woman, and this wouldn't be the case if ladies dated down as often as men do.

Unfathomably based.

My guy, I'm replying to someone who begs to differ. I know this is common knowledge, but someone disagrees and that's why I'm saying it.

Point me at a single instance of a guy who isn't desperate incel pining for such a girl. Let me tell you: there aren't any. Men don't like ugly girls anymore than girls like ugly guys. Try making a tinder account as an ugly girl and ugly guy. Than look at which gets more matches. Then you'll see, that men will swipe right on an ugly girl, but women will never swipe right on an ugly guy.

a therapist would probably just encourage and help support a lot of those “red pill” pieces of advice, Do therapists even give dating advice on how to talk women? If they did, im pretty sure pick up artistry wouldn't have become a thing. In any case, I'm pretty sure the primary purpose of therapy is providing an outlet for mental health and support. Not advice on dating. The closest therapy gets to dating advice is self improvement.

This joke is stupid. Your really telling me if you could see a better version of something you like, you wouldnt try and see what it was? Replace levels 1 through 6 with women of increasing attractiveness and you will see men on the 6th floor as well.

It's also very common for guys to say they've slept with a lot of taken women and they seem almost proud of it. What is up with this? Disguisting. Fuck any dude that's proud of cheating.

Wow. I did not expect to see something so relatable today. I swear I could have written this, lmao. Yeah, as one person who went through the same shit to another, I also hope you never have to go through that again. It's basically prison.

Right wing men are fucking morons. They'll circlejerk to male leaders that notorious for affairs and corruption while complaining about how disrespectful it is for a female leader to party. They have no self awareness, because if they did they wouldn't be conservative.

Women can be happy single unlike men since they can just buy sex toys and be satisfied on that alone It's only jaded femcels out of failed relationships or edgy teenage girls saying this. No one that isn't actually spite driven is gonna try and argue that women are better off being single for everm Most these ladies are either gonna die lonely, or settle.

Okay, so it wasn't until your grandmother's generation, that women finally financially liberated. So why didn't these higher standards exist during your mother's generation? Why was your mother abiding by a standard that was clearly eliminated at the age of 5? Bro, you clarifying that oppression happened during grandma's time period doesn't change the fact that your still ignoring my questions. I'm Gen Z too, and I would argue social media has had an infinitely stronger effect on our generation,…

20 years ago the “young people” were gen X. Who grew up with mothers who couldn’t have bank accounts. I love it how you didn't say "ladies of Gen X" but Gen X's mothers. Women in the US were allowed to have bank accounts in the 1960s. Your telling me it took 60 years for women to have standards for men besides just basic finances? Lady, if it was really just "do more than basic finances" we would have seen these standards in the 90s. Yall ain't recently oppressed. Yall just entitled.

Yes, but ultimately men still have to pay for what women can get for free. Yeah sex isn't a prize for women, but that's because it's so easily available to them. Point is, ugly girls still have it easier than uglys guys.

I completely agree. A lot of times we (men and women), look for perfection where, if he had compromised on one or two things, we could have been in really happy relationships. But alas. Such is life. Live and learn as they say.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/22 05:34 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/22 07:40 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/22 07:39 AM

I always use salt, pepper, garlic and thyme. Simply but perfect. Hope the steak you ate was just as good.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/22 07:37 AM

Bro, most you ladies are genuinely fucking awful at dropping hints. No, it is not easy for us guys to tell the difference between "No" and "Noooooooo." And any dude with his head on straight isn't gonna take the 50/50 risk between either getting called out for sexual harrassment or getting to know you. He'll just move onto some other lady that doesn't play games.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/22 07:35 AM

I agree. I can't imagine ever being this open on Reddit.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/22 07:30 AM

Does anyone else wonder if there's any chance dating as a whole will get better in the next ten to twenty years?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/22 07:17 AM

Toxic masculinity includes shit like making fun of your male friends for crying. How can we, as men, stimultaneously complain about how men get no mental support, while also defending toxic masculinity?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/22 07:14 AM
1

Men notice this too. But then when brought up many are told "it's okay Timothy. remember, personality is what really counts." Now obviously if timothy isn't a dumbfuck, he'll notice grandma is just being nice. But sadly because most men here are on the same mental caliber as Timothy, they have to literally be told that looks matter.

The difference is: being shot or raped is a violation of your human rights. Find a sexual partner on the other hand is not a violation of your rights. Infact, mandating a sexual partner would be violating the rights of others.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/22 07:06 AM

I absolutely agree. But we always seem to acknowledge this when it comes to ugly men. Nobody ever says this when someone is advocating the difficult dating standards of fat/elderly women.

It’s because the “need” for men ie when women couldn’t have bank accounts in their name, is gone. See, I'm skeptical of this narrative because 20 years ago this was all true and sexless still wasnt as high as it is today. My theory is that social media and the internet has massively reduced real life social interactions between men and women, and that has made it harder for both men and women to get along today. Instead that's been replaced by online dating, which doesn't even come close to repl…

Do everything the red pill says, but for a woman. Maximize your market sexual value through extreme self improvement. Hit the gym and give yourself the body you deserve that other women will hate you for. This is crucial, not just because it will massively improve what you bring to the table, but also because it will improve your mental/physical health. Secondly, learn how to socialize. Do this through talking to strangers at school/work/hobbies. Do this and make friends in the process. Over tim…

The answer is simple. Those men are fucking retarded. They want to live in a world where all women are virgins and whores at the same time. A world where girls will sleep with them on first date, but will also have a really low body count for marriage (while he gets to sleep around however much he wants). Those men suffer from Female Body Count Disorder (FBCD for short), a severe mental illness where a man's ego is contingent on his wife's purity (whatever the fuck that means). If your man has F…

Dude, if a girl wears a hijab, it's a sign that she takes her religion seriously. Otherwise, if she was willing to compromise her religion she wouldn't be wearing the hijab in the first place. Also hijabis are really religious. I know, because I come from an Islamic background. The hijabs in the West, are legit more religious than the men. They are the backbone of Islamic communities are also the most rigid.

Well it makes sense does it. The bottom 80% of women are competing for the top 20% of men. If the population is split 50/50 between men and women, and if women aren't willing to date their looksmatch, than the logical conclusion is that women who can't get with the top 20% are gonna be celibate.

Same advice for undesirable men. You need to up your value by becoming more attractive and making yourself more avaliable Hit the gym, become fit. Follow some youtube channels on how to dress well and wear make up. Then get on dating apps and set up dates. Make sure you look out for red flags and make sure you have clear boundaries. There's a lot more you can add to the list: Men don't have to live up to the same besuty standards the way women. Shower once a day? No face routine? Same shirt and pants for the third day in a row? Don't worry, this is normal for men. Most women can't get away with shit like this. The average woman puts way more effort into her hygiene than the average man. And yeah, this isn't to say beauty standards for men aren't fucked as well (eg: height). They avsolutely are, but that doesnt change the fa…

Nah, not really. Mostly it's all about execution. For example: "Omg! I saw Chris Hemsworth and he was gorgeous." Totally fine. Just an expression of attraction and no indication of cheating. "Omg! I saw Chris Hemsworth, and I could imagine getting some alone time with him!" This one is yikes. There's an expression for cheating so it's a nope. But also, consider, ones a celeb and the others a coworker. My girl has no chance of cheating on me with a celeb, so her crushing on him is less of a threa…

Look, we're all human. It's normal for us to get attracted to others, even when we're in a relationship. When it starts crossing boundaries is when we start to act on it. Personally, for me, talking about how attractive your coworker is to your friends is pushing the line. Like, yeah your not cheating, but you are openly expressing attraction for another person while being in a relationship, and that's hitting the line.

Alright, but how does this translate into society? Does the common man/woman go out of their way to destroy the family? Obviously not. I dont doubt that there is atleast one feminist who wants to do away with it. But it doesn't suggest what you think it does.
/r/MensRights20/06/22 05:45 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/22 06:42 PM

Absolutely not. Women still have to deal significantly more sexual harassment than men. Are more likely to be talked down on or taken less seriously than if they were men. Still have to deal with the deceptiveness of people trying to get into their pants. And yeah, sure they aren't lonely, and get less shit for crying and stuff. But just because you have a different set of privileges and problems doesn't mean you life is on easy mode.

Honestly for me, it was a bunch of things. Double standards in dating and social norms. And the straight up normalization and promotion of misandry online. Shit like #AllMenAreTrash and ridiculous narratives about the patriarchy have really fucked up the way I used to feel about supporting radical feminism. I guess the biggest thing that turned me away from feminism was just the really toxic attitude towards men. It became more like getting back at men and blaming them for the state of the world…

The bar is so low for men Said the by straight women who have literally no experience trying to ask women out. It's like men saying sexual harassment for women isn't that bad. How the fuck would a man know? Same thing applies here. Just because you know some loser your friend dated doesn't mean that every loser has it that easy. Also that loser probably had something going for him if he was able to pull your friend (eg: funny, emotionally intelligent, mysterious, hot, whatever).

At the same time, your making it sound like there is no benefit to being a decent human being. While just world hypothesis is bs, the merits of being good in life far exceed the bad, and this extends to dating as well. Abusive relationships don't last long.

dating is terrible for men, so please bugger off with you ‘it is unfair’. Great. You lose all legitimacy when crying about the unfairness of dating as a male when you don't care about unfairness going the other way. Maybe women should ignore the grievances of men. You've clearly made it clear that you give a shit about double standards towards them, why should they do the same to you?

men but it’s been proven that women with high body counts make for less stable marriages A lot those "high body counts" could be the result of women who have shitty personalities and promote endless break ups, and so therefore they are more likely to have a divorce. It isn't necessarily proof that high body count = bad s/o. Also women initiate 80% of divorces People keep bringing this up, but I don't get what it means. Why is this significant?

I know that. But what biological/psychological disparities justify slut shaming? Or in simple words. What makes women so different from men, that sleeping around suddenly makes them bad people?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/22 04:35 AM
8

The double standard on women when it comes to slut shaming is by far the worst. Society simultaneously tells women to be whores and virgins at the same time. "If she doesnt sleep with me by the third date im out." "Ew. She slept with 12 guys!? She's such a whore." Add in the fact sleeping around is encouraged by pop/mainstream culture, but slut shaming is universally pushed by the same men who partake in that culture, it's actually fucking disgusting. Unless men are willing to commit to monogamy…
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/22 04:09 AM
1

Why not? Also, why is this standard only imposed on women? Do you a guy sleeping around in his 20s makes him a bad husband/father in his 30s?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/22 03:59 AM
1

It's not his fault women don't like him. To an extent. Attraction is built around two things. Looks, and how you act. The former you have no control over aside from being healthy, so it's not your fault if they don't like you because of that. The latter, on the other hand, is entirely your control. A handsome guy can fuck his chances purely by inconsiderate or a dumbass for a single moment.
