2	What MBTI type are you? MBTI discussion I'm INTJ-A, and reading the type description has allowed me to understand myself and my motivations on a deeper level. While I am not completely sold on the idea, there is merit to being able to have my inherent strengths and weaknesses pointed out to me, and as a result I can improve in a way conducive to my personality type.
