To put it simply, it's in many ways following the tracks of tech - "we need more women in the industry" with all kinds of crap like female only career events and other similar garbage. Women are pretty much everywhere except for either very technical positions (too much for the chickenheads) or field positions (too much hammer swinging and nut tightening). Management - quite a few women. Logistics and HR - all women.

Go to a dermatologist. Many conditions may cause very similar symptoms and differential diagnosis is essential for proper treatment. I had seborrheic dermatitis, was prescribed a special shampoo and selsun paste, in a month or so it wasn't a problem anymore. Compared to the other dermatitis I have, it was a cakewalk.
