1	Depression when deviating from routines Honestly my experience has been nothing good usually comes after midnight, if its 12 and you still haven't started achieving your goals for the night you probably aren't going to... For example if your goal is to hook up with a chick you should already be talking to her by 12-1am (at least have one lined up to try and get to the after party when bars close).
