Yeah except they wouldn't use some other recruits pack because then the other recruit won't learn to carry their own weight and it would cause resentment towards the other recruit and that will cause unnecessary drama. It is simply poor leadership to use one recruit to punish another recruit. My stance has always been: People run away and do stupid shit, it happens. If they regret it and want back in they should be let back in (after the usual talk with the FBI or local equivalent). I for one think that is more reasonable than giving them no choice but to keep on beheading people. I mean we didn't imprison KGB defectors from the Soviet union during the cold war did we?

All the joy, all the saddness, all love and warmth that person will never experience is gone and they will never be again. All the children that person would have had that will never be born. This is one of the most retarded things I've heard. A former teacher recently made a bloggpost where he asserted that "Men can't be raped by women because women don't think that way and even if they did the worst they could do is probably sexual assault.
