1	Need help, I hope this is the right place that's good to start but like College_Game said: It gets creepy if you keep staring at girls and don't make a move. An option is to go up to her and if she has her headphones on, do a motion that shows that you would like to talk to her, then just start talking: "I see you coming out of X building and I work at X floor, What do you do on that floor?" 1	Help transitioning from a beginner to an intermediate But I never focus on getting women. Sounds like you have a goal right there. It would definitely help to have a goal or some idea of what you would like to accomplish so that you're not stuck where you are.
