In the exact same situation here, except it's not long distance. She's moving away in around 6 months though so it's kind of similar. Biggest issue so far has been trying to call her out on her games, it's somehow insulting to her to imply she's not being 100% genuine in her actions even though it's pretty obvious. Have you tried cutting through the games and connecting on the manipulation front at all?
