1	Justice Right. My main cause for interjection is the “justice” tag and seen an opportunity to create a dialogue because I enjoy hearing from other perspective. It’s humbles me and truly incites deeper understanding of the situations and how they are viewed from a legal and social standpoint. -1	Justice It depends on the lots access to a public street or private drive, like a strip mall entrance leading to the lot. If the lot has direct access to a public road or highway it can be considered “public”. It mostly depends of state and local ordinance.
