Clearly the person posting “justice” doesn’t get the “simplicity” of which you speak. I understand that in their perspective, they see it as justice and the nature of this community is punishment of women; however that’s not depicted in the video. It’s just a stroke of ego to their predisposed hatred of women. Nothing is justified on either side of this fight. Which is why I created dialogue for anyone who may not be as educated as you are. Don’t speak for everyone as if you know just because yo…

You are the most correct here. Your point may be my main objective in commenting and I failed miserably. I tried to create a conversation that didn’t need to be had. Thanks for contributing!

Right. My main cause for interjection is the “justice” tag and seen an opportunity to create a dialogue because I enjoy hearing from other perspective. It’s humbles me and truly incites deeper understanding of the situations and how they are viewed from a legal and social standpoint. Clearly they’re all assholes but beyond that it’s good to break it down objectively. Thanks for contributing!

It depends on the lots access to a public street or private drive, like a strip mall entrance leading to the lot. If the lot has direct access to a public road or highway it can be considered “public”. It mostly depends of state and local ordinance. You are correct is some instances but be aware of your own local laws because they do vary. Thanks for your contribution!

101 would imply undergrad general education like intro to math or earth sciences. Have you ever been to a university? Intro To Law courses are 300 level and up and still would be considered Pre-Law or Political Science. I already have a bachelors degree but have yet to finish law school due to monetary constraints and decided to pursue military service in lieu of internship to pay for the remainder of my courses which will have to wait another year at least. Although depending on my service I ma…

It’s legitimately an immediate ego check. I have freely given this as a disclaimer to inform viewers of my illegitimate claim to “know” what I’m talking about and creating dialogue so that I can engage anyone who has perspective that can offer value and broaden the span of my own understanding. Sorry that your are incapable of contributing anything of value, but your friends with similar thinking have at least given you stock and taken comfort in your shallow cognitive abilities.

I agree with you on all accounts, our mistake is trying to objectively view this scenario. We forget how sensitive incels can be on the subject of women and how hard they should be beat to justify their lack of sex appeal to the opposite gender. Thank you for contributing to my exercise.

Lol the hate because they think I’m flexing the fact that I’m a student. Bro, it’s a disclaimer, this is just a way to exercise objective analysis of facts as presented by the video. Your perspectives have been enlightening and shown me how weak general opinions and character witnesses cannot and should not me considered material.

Sorry guys but as a law student there are a few things wrong with the “justice” tag. First, she hits an inanimate object, not a person. Even arguing that he used the cart to create distance, he then rams her a second time after she’s clearly disengaged. Then the employee steps beyond the threshold in pursuit to slap her, that’s assault and battery. He is not defending the property as he has entered the public by walking out the door. He as an individual is now liable and cannot claim that he was…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
