Its not an open relationship, totally different animal and those are always going to flop. Its not buyers remorse either. To paraphrase a comedian on marriage. Imagine going to your favorite restaurant and getting your favorite meal. Now imagine having to eat that same meal, day after day, year after year. Sooner or later, you want to bang an Asian chick.

So if you are a beta at work and an alpha a home are you an alpha or a beta? I'm an alpha at work, I own the place, I pay the bills, people answer to me, BUT I'm a beta to my clients because they pay me.

Society needs beta men to produce all the grunt work. It needs alpha men with vision to usefully direct that grunt work. Providing for his own children used to be the beta's motivation to sacrifice his limited and precious time. No longer. The alpha beta descriptors are good for a reference point in a sub like this, but their kinda bullshit. Taking orders doesn't make you a beta, unless every US marine is a beta. Working a menial job doesn't even make you a beta. Society needs men to act like me…

No I don't understand not leaving your marriage either. When I see posts like "Last time we had sex was four years ago", I want to shake the person saying that. Its not uncommon for the female sex drive to go down with her LTR over time, its so common its a recurring joke of every married comedian. What you do is nip that shit in the bud and mix it up. When my wife decides to put sex on the bottom of the priority list, it doesn't last long.

I've pondered more than once "if I could go back, would I" and no I wouldn't. It helps that my kids are pretty good kids.

One ironic thing about all these "don't have kids" posts, is that kids are pretty awesome. I'm lucky in that I found a worthy woman by chance. It could have gone your way too as while I was "semi" plugged in, nothing like this existed in the early 90's to caution you.

My wife is bi, but she only does women with me. Its important to keep extra sex within the aspect of you and her, not her alone. We've been swingers for over 10 years now and I know what works long term and what leads to bad things.

I'm 45. 40's is the old age of youth, and now we know shits going to start going downhill. Most people think I'm 30ish which is great, but even if I look it, I know that time is ticking away. A midlife crisis is just you realizing "shit I gotta live before I die". I can't say I've hit anything that would fit as a crisis, but I don't think you did either. Most of my spending is on stuff people don't see, so I don't get the issues, but if I were to get a sports car I'm sure I'd get the same as you…

My school once did a survey, and this was early 90's, which said basically 1/4 women on campus were raped. It was a horribly flawed survey with only a few women responding. The paper ran with it.

We're a close family and I'm not going to let some DNA destroy it. My wife and I took genetic tests for fun to trace our ancestry. This is cheap and easy these days. You might not want DNA to destroy it, but it won't lie either.

Sure, you can do what you want. You are approaching from a perspective of power. You are in charge. The pathetic sap in the story clearly wasn't. You gotta be the one in charge. One of the hottest women I've been with in swinging was leading her beta husband, and at one point on a beach asked me "You workout right?" and then tells her husband about 10 years younger than I am "You should work out". We ended up having an FMF with her. Another, very cringe worthy one, was I was doing my thing to th…

If I may interject, I've been a swinger with my wife for about 12 years now, and it fits nicely into AWALT if you use it right. I'm sure the going idea is like the above loser who wasn't pleasing her man to start with, those people fail in swinging. I on the other hand brought it up to my wife because I wanted to have sex with other women. She and I were "perfect" but we did get married and I felt I needed more women. Either I could cheat, and eventually have issues, or make her a partner in cri…

There was no pair-bonding for 90% of human history. In hunter-gather societies, everything was shared. We were nomadic. We did everything together, there was real community. Part of this community bonding was everyone was fucking everybody. Children were raised communally. Nobody cared who the biological parents were, and nobody knew. Life was tough no doubt, and it REQUIRED this type of community to get through those winters with Saber-Tooths and shit. Again, for 90% of human history this is ho…

I sometimes think happiness is an intrinsic trait rather than an earned objective. I've always been relatively happy. Right now that list is my life, and I'm happy, but I was happy before too. While events can make you unhappy for a time, those pass. I think some people are just generally unhappy no matter the circumstance.

Take for instance a healthy 28-year-old woman. In my experience, your average American woman has had anywhere between 12 and 23 sexual partners by this time. Let’'s call it an average of 17. Think thats a over estimation for "average", or I hung out with a higher class of woman at those ages.

breastfeeding hormones, Those are the worst man, its PMS 24/7. Personally I wouldn't really RP during those times as much as just keep to myself. Luckily for me, my wife knows she was insane when she went insane with them. Its why we have two kids instead of three, neither of us wanted to go through that again.

Its the internet first off, its not really "society". Two people say and people do are different things. Thats how I swallowed my own RP before this was even a thing. I figured out that women said they wanted X and really wanted Y. It was an epiphany. What was fun was I tried to share this on a couple of occasions in mixed company. The women all said I was wrong blah blah. After, one or two would come up to me on my own and say something like "You are right but I didn't want the other guys to th…

My wife knows, if she lets her self go to pot, I'm gone. She knows because I've told her. I told her I refuse to be room mates with my wife, and if I'm not sexually attracted to her, thats what we will be.

As someone who has had his diet and shit together now for a good number of years, one caution would be don't become obsessive. A cupcake now and then won't make your gains go away.

My first lay was so AWALT that she could be the poster child for it. She had a boyfriend back home, who she was cheating on with a guy at her college, who was not banging her because HIS girlfriend was back in town, so she came to my college to visit her brother, and met me and started banging me. I of course found out I was sloppy thirds only after I really fell for her and she dumped me for another guy at my school, (thanks to her, I basically discovered the redpill on my own, and being 1989, …

I personally know about four women who could kick about 80% of the US mens asses in a fight. The reason being the average man right now is a pansy and these women work their ass off in the gym. When you are talking something like MMA you are not talking average male. I'm an above average male for strength right now and pretty much any male MMA fighter would kick my ass since I'm not an MMA fighter. That doesn't mean I'm not above average for a male, it means I'm untrained.

I'll agree that the average female is inferior to the average male in a lot of different ways, and that its genetic. This is why the push for women in STEM will only weaken us culturally, and its been demonstrated that men as a rule have higher IQ's. On the flip side though just because the average is there it doesn't mean an individual male is superior to all females. Its more of a bell curve where the ends will over lap, and the best women will be superior to a lot of men on the other end of t…

I started college in 1988, had the same BS then too. I remember the seminar well because they were also trying to show self defense to women. One of the freshman girls spoke up and said it was better to give into the rape rather than be beaten or killed trying to defend yourself against a man who was obviously superior in strength. The people running the seminar didn't quite no what to say and finally said something "well thats your choice but we recommend.." and the girl was just shaking her he…

She's pretty much dead to me, my only concern is- How to bother going through any of this again with anyone else. I'm almost 35, this isn't "go spin plates" I'm white, very tall and attractive with a beautiful house, BMW, and great job... but I'm no spring chicken You don't know how well off you are then. You would end up with a much younger woman without even having to try that hard. I'm 45, and married, so I'm out of it, but I have friends of lower value than me and quite frankly they are swim…

Since women don't believe in love This is why TRP gets a bad name. Yes, they do. The trick would be never saying I love you first. Married and king of my castle for 20+ years now.

And as a libertarian the social conservatives are kinda amusing but not nearly as damaging to freedom as the left tends to be, so we end up voting republican because while the courts can protect you from religion, they can't from taxes.

I've never understood the point of consoling and why it seems to be the "go to" thing instantly when something is rocky in a relationship. I'm married and when some shit comes up I get her over it right then, there is no "working on it" crap. I had a friend with a dead bedroom, they did counseling, and it even (kinda) worked because the counselor, a woman, basically told his wife its not acceptable to not have sex with your husband. If I need someone outside of my marriage to tell my wife that, …

When you accomplish something with hard work, you will understand right wing thinking more. Bodybuilding for me takes more time and mental effort than when I got my doctorate. You can't "cram", for gains, at least not as a natural.

Leave grains, starches, and sugar to blue pilled neckbeards. Let them be flabby and unaesthetic. You know better than to eat that crap I'm not a neckbeard, I'm not flabby (13% bf cutting to 10%) and I eat them grains when it works, including raw sugar. If we don't disagree then all we are talking about is portion control and "don't eat too many carbs" aka get fat because you are surplus calories.
/r/TheRedPill13/06/15 08:09 PM

Gotta really disagree. You don't NEED them, but avoiding them doesn't make you any better. Claiming "red pill food" is just wrong. Macros are where its at, and as long as you are getting your required protein and fat, the rest really doesn't matter and isn't going to turn you into a neckbeard because you decided to have rice with your steak instead of something else. I've done just about all of the diets as personal experience, and if you want to make gains in the gym, carbs help, and if those c…

I jerk it a LOT less since I went from fat to in good shape. I don't think its because of less sex drive, its because I have less unspent energy. Losing fat requires a calorie deficit, its hard for your body to get into sex mode when its basically starving. Two, when I'm crushing it at the gym on weights, I'm not going to have the same energy levels at night. Sure I'm far better off than I used to be, but I "blew my load" if you will at the gym. I just need sleep now for that muscle building sta…
