Yes, it does. u/Schadrach is pointing out that your argument is considered sexist when applied to women. Which is entirely irrelevant to the truth of the statement. So, unless you're anti-abortion and believe in telling women, "you knew the risks when you had sex," you're being sexist. My stance on abortion is also irrelevant to the statement, and the statement applies to every person who is fertile. Calling me sexist for making a simple "if, then" statement that is factually correct is bizarre …

we are free to choose sex without pregnancy as options do exist throughout the sexual cycle, consent to sex does NOT equal consent to pregnancy Your argument only works if you can 100% guarantee non-pregnancy. In any situation where you can't, which is damn near all of them, you accept the risk of pregnancy and all it's potential outcomes. The only way to be 100% certain that you won't face a potential outcome is to abstain from sex. You want to follow this idea, that's fine for YOU but don't ex…

I'm just going to point out that "if you didn't want a kid, you shouldn't have had sex" is considered a misogynistic and almost monstrous argument when used with respect to women. Your literally demonstrating that whole society caring more about women thing outright. That doesn't make any sense. At the same time, wait until vasalgel or that new oral contraceptive in animal testing hit the market. I expect a whole bunch of women suddenly arguing that being dishonest about being on them negates co…

You accept the risk of your unborn child being aborted or miscarried when you have sex, just as you accept the risk of there being a baby in the first place. You are not entitled to have sex; if there is a possible outcome that you are not prepared to handle, then you shouldn't have sex.

that's exactly what he intended. he posted it to reddit and used it as evidence to make an argument about all women. the thread title explicity states "Shows How Far A Women Will Go If You've "Slighted' Her." as if it's some kind of warning about the female gender. you dont need to argue with me about this, argue with /u/gimmedatcornbread about this.

and i agree with you, but Is it intended to be the basis for making an argument? No. tell that to /u/gimmedatcornbread

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
