Or at least reduce the amount you do it substantially to like, once a week. There is no benefit from abstaining completely as testosterone levels begin to dip after a week or so of no release. Quit the porn altogether though.

Tinder is an interesting one.. I agree 100%. However, in this situation I was in a city far from home that I rarely visit. I had no intention of bringing anyone home as I was staying at a friends place. I'm all for meaningful conversation in other situations. In this case it worked the first time and I was like 'Holy shit..' and things kinda escalated from there.
