You build up slowly to around 30-45 mins by the end of 3 or 4 weeks the. You can use other guided meditations at 30-45 mins relating to subjects like the head and the heart. Another great app with some guided meditations set by timing is calm which has nice soothing sound effects. Timing wise, meditate for as long as you can stand.
