I had clear goals like a few years ago and felt a level of clarity and vigor until a whole series of events went down with my business happened. I had to remove myself from that situation and I was on auto pilot for 2 years. Days just felt like I was watching time and life escaped me as I went through motions. You need goals & you need purpose.

Jail is literally the best place for you to go so you can toughen up. Unless you get bitched there too and made someones jail wife. Either that or try to make new evidence by getting her to admit something on record, but jail might not be that bad if you come back stronger. The girl sounds like she has a conscious too so after she regrets and apologizes to you after your sentence, you can take that evidence and clear your name legally.
