5	The Welfare State the root enabler of the rampant sexual degeneracy of western society. If only the safety net was not a safety cliff. There is little to zero incentive for people that have fallen into the safety net to climb their way out. Policy is written to cut off all benefits at specific points instead of stepping down benefits as people become self sufficient. 1	How do you get past being a big guy? That's awesome. You are on the right track then. Once your body starts looking the way you want it, the confidence and strength will radiate! Good luck. I lost 60 with cardio/diet and got back to "skinny" only to realize I really don't want to be skinny. Now I have to un-edit my diet to put enough calories back in to build the muscle back.
