Texas forces man to pay 65,000 USD for a kid that DNA tests showed is not hisEveryone is blaming the judge, the lawyers, the guy and the mother. But ultimately it's the politicians who voted to establish these ridiculous laws. THEY are the root cause of this problem. This comment should be at the top. | /r/MensRights | 20/08/17 12:17 AM
Court finally stops trying to make Detroit man pay child support for child that isn't his: Thank you attorney Cherika Harris, who took on this case with probably little personal financial rewardCivil asset forfeiture was supposed to be a tool to prevent drug kingpins from enjoying their ill gotten gains. Now it is used to take the car from a dumb teenager with a tiny amount of weed. Slippery slope anyone? | /r/MensRights | 10/12/16 06:16 AM
Court finally stops trying to make Detroit man pay child support for child that isn't his: Thank you attorney Cherika Harris, who took on this case with probably little personal financial rewardI agree. It's disturbing. I wonder how long it will be before a company can fine print people into giving up their right to not be forced into slavery. I enlisted in the military in 1983. Back then I swore to protect and defend the constitution. The constitution we have now is a lot different than the one we had back then. | /r/MensRights | 09/12/16 10:30 PM
Court finally stops trying to make Detroit man pay child support for child that isn't his: Thank you attorney Cherika Harris, who took on this case with probably little personal financial rewardI am at a specialist right now. In order to be seen I have to sign away my rights to sue and agree to binding arbitration. This is the only way I can be seen because apparently this is the new standard thing in medicine. So much for the right to air my grievences in a court of law. This is supposed to save money by limiting expensive law suits. Yet my payroll contributions and copays went up this year. Imagine that. | /r/MensRights | 09/12/16 08:21 PM
Crazy woman attacks a guy for flying a drone on the beach. She tells the cops he assaulted her. She goes to jail because video doesn't lie.Nudity in and of itself is not illegal. But sexually suggestive nudity of a minor is. I was not going to take a chance. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 16/09/16 02:26 PM

Crazy woman attacks a guy for flying a drone on the beach. She tells the cops he assaulted her. She goes to jail because video doesn't lie.A friend recently turned 50 and I thought to give him a copy of a Playboy magazine from September of 65. While doing a bit of research I discovered that the centerfold model was 17 at the time when the pictures were taken. By the letter of US law, that is child pornography. Needless to say I passed on getting him that gift. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 15/09/16 10:28 PM
"What Will We Concede To Feminism": UPDATEWell stated. Mothers Against Drunk Driving is a prime example of that. They were extraordinarily successful in achieving their initial goals. Once that happened, instead of packing up and going home, they keep on trying to move the goal posts further and further back in order to continue to stay relevant. (And continuing to rake in money.) | /r/MensRights | 03/07/13 03:51 PM
Guy holds door open for woman, gets an HR letter when she complainsIn the first real management job I ever had, I will never forget the words of my boss regarding HR. "Never trust HR. They are the enemy." | /r/MensRights | 25/05/13 01:01 PM
Contempt charges dropped against Savannah Dietrich. Won't be penalized for defying judge's orders and tweeting attacker's namesI have no problem with this. They plead guilty to sexually assulting her. Being sexually assulted should not mean that you lose your right to freedom of speech. | /r/MensRights | 24/07/12 08:19 PM
