I do 5 x 5. Been lifting for 1+ year now. Body Weight: 83KG Deadlift: 110KG Squat: 80KG Bench Press (Dumbbell): 30KG per side ... very confusing advice in these posts here.

A lot of TRPrs here can back me up that nofap is pretty bullshit unless you actually have issues with your dick. Yes, don't think I've ever had a full (100%) erection during sex. Lift, run ... Doing this already. ... and talk to women. That's fine perhaps on the weekends, but what I'm confronted with is a distraction on a daily basis. Distracting from more important stuff, e.g. working on my business, educating myself, etc.

This. Used fake pictures of a famous dating couch last weekend. Girl shows up, I fuck her together with my buddy. Not kidding here. I just wanted to see if this would work - based on the idea that if I meet with a girl, I wouldn't care if another hot girl showed up instead of the original.
