The majority of jobs created were nursing and healthcare jobs, of which, 91% are held by women. This particular instance isn’t discrimination against men, but simple statistics. Wayyyyy more women in nursing school -> wayyyyy more women get nursing jobs.

Ok people are having some confusion here, and rightfully so. Here is my take on this, a little different than the echo chamber that this comment section is: Liberal women made a plee to BSA a few yeard ago, stating that women should be able to join BSA. The argument being that BSA offered a physically harder experience and a better reward at the end.
