Give an abuser a restraining order and just sit back while they dismantle your life. I got arrested under the Duluth Model and she and her friends quickly dismantled my whole life like a bunch of vultures. Anytime they did anything, I was told to sit down, shut up, and take it by my family, the courts, my attorney, and my friends. Once I was finally rid of her, she took everything. If a woman ever hits me again, especially since she broke my nose, I will at least hurt her back instead of a hands…

I think a more progressive sensible way to deal with women who commit crimes is to find the man responsible, oh wait the man is already guilty, even when he is the victim.

This bullshit is all to common. I know two girls who pulled this shit, I speak to niether after they pulled the fake cancer, and what is worse is all the white knights who stood up for them after the truth came out. I am literaly at a loss for words to even explain. No, niether waa charged, never paid back a dime, and they don't need to, they're just girls.

I masturbated without consent, because the act of consent needs 2 or more parties, I was alone and unable to gain consent. Therefor I did not have consent and Self-Raped! I blame Muh Patriarchy!

She is the primary aggressor and automatically given a pussy pass. Typical.

Yep, I had a woman ask me how tall I was. I asked why shoukd that matter, she replied with a bunch of BS, mostly because she was entitled to her BS. I aaked her how fat she was then and unmatched her.

Men of the Patriarchy need to pay more to watch sports? I dunno it all seems like business to me.

I have repeatedly asked for anything from a reputable source showing the boy as the primary agressor. I just got labled a racist. Not one iota of proof from the feminist side or the white knights other than I am a racist. So I used their tactics against them, showed them, at least online, that they rape small children. And yet again asked them for proof of their claims. I got crickets.

WRONG, According to The Duluth Model of DV, The men are 1000000000% the Primary Aggressor, You Cis Scum Shit Lord! Rapist, Rapist, Rapist! Shit, I'm sorry, I have no idea where that came from..

I can predict that with 100% accuracy that they heard all but 1 thing from women, but we are the ones that are the rape apologist. Hmmm?

Sorry Bro, but I read the whole thing and then in the end, you sound like you need professional help. I am a MRA, but I also do not think, or in your case, obsess about your cousin or any other little girl....You really need to come to grips with this or you will spend life in truoble.

Sounds like she Tweeted his joking and got social justice, she was in power & control, he lost his job, she won. Until that same social justice came back around and got her, then she is the victim. Lesson here, just don't seek social justice, it will get you.

You can't afford NOT to have an attorney, do not use a public defender, they will plead you down to a lesser charge, if want to prove your innocnence you will need to hire an attorney who will fight for you. You have a great job, car, and life now, this thing can potentially prevent you from having anything. It is nearly impossible to find a decent job with any kind of record. I was falsely accused of DV, Assault, rape and attempted rape. The rape and attempted rape charges were very quickly dro…

Sounds to simple to me, I have a very hard time believing this. My ex filed no less than a dozen false police reports against me, each time I went to the county prosecutor and filed a complaint against her for filing false police reports, and every time I filed a complaint the prosecutor came back and said that there was not enough evidence to charge her. It leads me to believe that women have a special unspoken immunity from being prosecuted for filing false reports because it is better to erro…

I live in Ohio and went through this in 2008. The guardian ad litem told me that Ohio no longer takes into account the Childs wishes and the courts decide based upon the evidence presented what is best for the child. In my case I won, I hope you win too. Good Luck!

You don't have the right to defend yourself. I got a broken nose from my ex, I never laid a hand on her, I turned my back to her attack and escaped. Then I was arrested for DV and assault. My fuck up for getting my ass kicked by my ex. If you get attacked be prepared to be arrested. Don't worry the charges will never be droppped and the case will never get to trial, just take the best plea deal you can get and live your life being labeled a wife beater. Get a CCW permit, when she comes after you defend yourself.....No wait, that won't work, you'll end up in prison and she will be made out to be the victim. Go to court and tell them how she violated the order and then she will go to jail....Nope, that won't happen either, she is systematically labeled the actual victim by default of her gender, as by default you are the primary aggressor by default because of your gender. Asking a woman out for me is no big deal, if she says no, that is fine, I respect her for her honesty and respect her as a person and we remain friends. There has been 1 or 2 times in my life that I have run across a woman that has shown interest in me and when I ask her out she says "Yes" gives me her number, and then acts like I am a total predator for actually assuming that yes means yes to a date. I should have taken the "hint" that she didn't really want to say no and because of the rape cu…

Really, this is a town that is 25 minutes from me, the court sends the women to rehab there, the men they send to jail. You don't have a clue what you are talking about. Me I live in it, you have your bubble and I hope you enjoy it. I don't have that luxury, check your privilege.
/r/MensRights20/12/13 06:12 AM

Sadly you are quite satiricaly blind. You might as well tell me as a man to sit down, shut up, and take it like a man. There are over 3100 women's shelters in the US and they spend our taxpayer dollars to open a free women's only rehab, I guess men who are addicts don't count and are disposable. How can you defend that a publicly funded rehab only helps 1/2 the population based upon gender alone? That is sexist.

I feel for you and endured a similar situation. It takes time, try to just move forward, maybe even move away. The hard part is doing time always messes with you, the fear of knowing how easily your freedom can be taken over a lie is scary. Nobody understands unless they have been through it. I now only have a few close friends with whom I trust. I date one lady that I have known for 35 years because she is the only Lady I trust. I live right down the street from Muirfield and Ohio has no laws against going topless, she had a thong on and pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and got a $100 fine and 1 year non-reporting probation.

I was ignored and told that my complaint wasn't valid since I don't own the property and the landlord must have been there to file a complaint personally. The point is that they played the "pussy pass" and I am not safe in my own home.

You want to lose then. You did not make the game up, you don't know the rules, because they make them up based upon feelings and making an example of you using social justice. The truth is not what this is about it is about using you to pay the price for her regret for her choices and the university will make an example of you and ruin your life. Sadly it is to late for you to deny, lie, and spin the story that she never was there. Sometime you gotta learn about the game they play and she is using her pussy pass to toss you under the bus. The institutions will allow her to pussy pass it because you must pay for past social injustice. My advice is to shut up and ask what proof she has that you were even with her.
/r/MensRights28/08/13 12:33 AM

Feminism has taken my rights of equality as a father, the right of presumption of innocence when accused of DV, rape, or any other crime that a female chooses to accuse me of, and social justice against me as a man is brutal. All a woman has to do is call me a rapist, wife beater, child molester and her word is golden, social justice puts me in my place and I have been punished by the seriousness of the accusation, actual facts and my innocence is immaterial and ignored.
/r/MensRights25/08/13 03:00 PM

This gives me faith, through public humiliation, that these types of claiming victimhood based upon manipulating the system, has been called out. Women like this also destroy the credibility of the feminist movement. The gang mentality came out in full force against this man, she claims victimhood, all the girls gather force around her, and the whole thing got blown up in her face by a logical and female judge! You should post this in /r/justiceporn.
/r/MensRights18/08/13 02:53 PM

I agree that what she did was horrible and sadly "he was looking at kiddie porn" is the biggest smear along with "he was abusive" that many women use to get the upperhand in the divorce. The damage it does to the man is a life sentence socially, no matter outrageous the claims are, the man is stir to blame for being with a crazy woman.

Earlier reports where that he refused to dance with her. So she gets turned down for a dance, doesn't handle rejection, she hits him, and then she files a "hurt feelings" report with the police, and he is investigated, questioned, suspended from the team, and publicly shamed all the while she remains anonymous. If this is what feminist equality looks like, I'll just say;"Thanks, but no thanks."

Sadly what we have is social justice, which is neither good for society nor is it justices. We have a society that is now based upon special classes of people getting preferential treatment. Then open your mind to the fact that men are also victims of predatory women. Equality has nothing to do with retribution, it is 100% about all of us being equal, no matter our gender. Can you make a logical argument against that? Men are 7 to 1 more likely to commit suicide, men are equal to be victims of DV at the hands of a woman, men in the US military are the victims of rape by superiors way more than women, and when it come to divorce men are lucky to get state mandated every other weekend…

I was in IT sales for a manufacture. All major corporations would make an offer pending a background check. All of the offers were rescinded because of the charges. I eventuality got my insurance license but had to have a hearing to get approval for that, that took a year and I got my license. Yes, in my state to do any kind of volunteer work with the schools you need to submit fingerprints and pay for a background check.

My "story" is my reality and not a warning to any guy specific. Her first husband and I became friends during my marriage to our mutual ex. She did the same shit to him and he used it against her to get full custody of their daughter.

I wouldn't say that I am angry. Frustrated by the social justice that now limits me though.

Hence the reason why I posted. If I even gave a flying fish who she is preying on, if I spoke up, my ass would be in jail for stalking. I don't give a shit. I got my life back, I am moving forward. The whole point of my post.

I was jobless, homeless, and spent 45k to just to get it to trial. She was never going to allow me to defend myself. It was a bitter pill to swallow to even plead to disorderly conduct because I will always have the original charges following me. But I needed to move forward and get divorced. Warn the next guy, How? She preys on men and she has the victim role down to an art. She can parade my arrest pic in front of the next guy and play the maiden in distress. Fuck the next guy, I had to learn …

Wow, so she physically assaults him and the feminist have the attitude towards men that we should just shut the fuck up and take it. He was being an asshole but he had already moved away from her, why didn't she get charged with assault? She planned it and waited for the moment when she could escape before she Macedonia him.

I tend not to trust Jesse Friedman, I have seen the movie several times along with subsequent interviews and he keeps changing his story and the events. The disturbing part were the erotic stories he wrote while in prison involving incest, beastiality, and child rape.

Police reports are matter of public record. All you have to is go to the central station and ask for a copy of the report, you usually have to pay a small fee for the copies.

Reverse the genders and the femen would scream for the death penalty. How about a general law and societal rule that reads; Don't Molest Children!

Years ago my ex used the old false abuse call to children services in am effort to revoke my parental rights. I knew I would have a female judge and I hired a female attorney who insisted on a female guardian ad litem. I won more time with my daughter because my ex thought they all played by girl rules. She failed to realize that they knew her game too. Who better to hire than someone who knows the game like they do. The system can work fair for men if you get the right judge and you choose the …

Found in the comments of the article, the true depth of denial that men can be victims of women. The comment is the most downvoted; " Brian Banks has moved on. So if the guy that this actually happened to has moved on can’t everyone else? All the hate…who cares so long as the victim doesn’t." WTF?!

Of course she did. She and her new chosen Daddy 2.0 picked the absolute perfect time of you helplessness to do so. The keys to your fight is to find the meanest nastiest and most ruthless attorney ever. A female that knows moms bullshit. She will make the classic mistake of hiring a man. He's not going to fight you because he knows she is full of shit. Then your female attorney will make sure that you get a just as equally bulldog of a GAL for the kid. So you now have 2 women who your ex is goin…

After trying to find some kind of support group for men in vane, I did discover one on the west coast. I live in Ohio. I guess we're supposed to man up and take it like a man. Well, I did exactly that and helped her first husband get custody of their daughter. She was so afraid of my testimony that she signed over custody the day of the hearing. Good Dads: 1, Bad Mom: 0! Edited to correct autocorrect.

They disabled the comments on the adult female raping a child story. Had the genders been reversed the phrase "child rapist, child molester, and pedophile." Would have been prominent along with his marital status. But wtf, she's hot she gets, the female teacher free pass. I hope she gets life! Edit: to correct autocorrect.

Sadly our "Cowboy Up" values have been lost to be a "Pussy boy apologize for being born a male." Has overtaken his sperm donor of a dad. Yes, I am brutally truthful and I also take my girls to the ranch to help raise the livestock that feeds us. Yep, that makes me a typical prick man not worthy of any respect. Yep, I respect their Mom, I bite my tongue, I put good healthy food on the table, and refuse to play into the fairies that pick meat off the unicorn trees and magically deliver it to the g…

1)Hire a good attorney. 2) Document everything. 3) Know she is going to accuse you of everything from drugs, abuse, and molestation. 4) Adhere to the parenting agree to the exact word. You show up on time, you never skip time and never give her any leeway, if she tries. Call the police. 5) Be a good Dad. 6) When children's services knocks on your door, send them away through a CLOSE DOOR, and tell them to make an appointment for them to visit when your attorney is present! Never ever trust Child…

The article talks more about emotional and mental abuse, which I also was subjected to. I also was subjected to her beating he shit out of me and sexually abusing me. I used to be a very outgoing social person. Now, I prefer to be alone most of the time.

Wow, this was like reading a roadmap of what my ex did to me. I've been rid of her for 3 years and still have a general mistrust of dating anyone. The abuse I survived changed me to the core all the while she claims herself as the victim for her next "Knight in Shining Armor"

Other than her "rape culture" comment. I think she was dead on. As a Man I would never send a dick pic to anyone, not even my wife.

I was raised to never hit a woman. It paralyzed me when she broke my nose. I was taught that hitting a woman was equal to beating up my younger sisters, who I have a duty to protect, or even worse hitting my mother. I am in no way saying that all women use this against men, there are lots of ladies out there that we appreciate as gentlemen, but there is a very vocal and viral percentage that are hiding behind the label of victimized to attack men. The primary example is the lie of battered wives…

Wow, just wow. Being on the attack while using victimhood as a weapon. I would love to see where women are paid less than me because they are women. Geez, I've dated just as many women that make more than me as ones that make less. I work with 5 women that all make more than me, so how much more should I give to make it equal? = is =

With a solid understanding of how the interwebs work, the attacks I am about to get, and the big assed set of balls to only reply to the haters with; "I'm sorry you choose to feel that way." I posted the following: " I duly reported this to Facebook because it is just as offensive to me as a man as it would be to a woman if a woman was used instead of men. /r/mensrights" Yes, I did report it because it promotes violence against men. = is =

Prenups in the USA are not perfect but in many circumstances they do count and are upheld. The court will review the document, make sure there was no duress, that due consideration was given, and gross dereliction of duty was commited. If it passes those test it is upheld. Examples were they are not upheld, wife supports husband through med school, they have a prenup, as soon as he is successful he leaves her for another woman. Prenup is upheld. Another example; She comes into the marriage with …

I made the 250k mistake of not having a prep. She insisted on not having one, less than 3 years later she was gone. What she didn't steal she made sure I didn't keep it. The legal system always views the female as having protected victim status, men must have the financial resources just to escape. No prenup= No marriage!

Physical, Emotional, and Sexual. It started out she got drunk, and punched me in the face without any warning just clear out of the blue. I broke up with her. She was smooth and I gave her a 2nd chance. I did not see it as abuse; Men aren't victims of abusive women. I was well aware of the societal view that only men are the aggressors. I reached out for help, nobody believed me and several accused me of being to blame. I felt suicidal. I did finally find a counselor and was treated for PTSD. Th…
