1	Sexual Harassment Prevention Trainers Ignore the Male Experience I had a different, but potentially more troubling, experience at the seminar given by my company. The presenter actually did a pretty fair job at switching up the genders for similar situations and trying to explain why it's wrong regardless. What troubled me was how many people attending looked at the man harassing woman scenarios and deemed him guilty of sexual harassment, but then when the sexes were flipped would do everything in their power to excuse the behavior.
