I think there is some truth to it, being a virgin later in life definitely raises eyebrows ans make thing even more difficult. Knowing a couple of late 20s to mid 30s virgin men, I can say that they don't even reach the part where women can ask if they are a virgin and why, because litterally all of them have social anxiety so strong that even alcohol don't relax them and are all obese (maybe the weight is mental health related, too?) I think it also plays on other spheres of life such as friend…

My ex had no hobbies, no gym, no passion, nothing. She wasted her time wqtching netflix ( not in a cinematographic manner, more in a wanting for death to come manner). I now hang out with women who have hobbies and ambition and those are rare and precious. That being said, men are not so different.

Balding has a polarizing effect on you. You either look like Johnny sins or homer simpson. The trick is to get in shape.

After some times under a bad military boss that got changed for a really good transformational leader, I can say everyone is winning with positive reinforcement.

Also, most of the fat loss is done in the kitchen. There is a lot to be read about nutrition, just remember calorie in, calorie out. You won't regret the change. Don't talk to anyone about it. My weight loss was as healthy and steady ad it gets but some people around me were legit worried I had a disorder, which was not the case. Good luck.

While height might be a bummer, im 5'6 with an adequate dating life, I am otherwise very fashionable and really good when meeting in real life. Im in okay shape. I have a friend who is 5'5 and shredded with a lot of muscle and his dating life is just incredible compared to mine. Okay is not enough, be great.

I think wanting someone that is more that you can provide yourself is "too high". It is obviously a spectrum, e.g. making 50k and wanting someone that is 1-3 years older and making 60k is not unreasonable. However, being a poor slob and wanting an athlete with a law degree might be unreasonable.

I've seen my share of 40 something women on tinder that could put most women in their 20s to shame, fitness and beauty wise. If I get a woman my age that take care of herself ill call myself golden.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
