1	How does improving yourself make you less nervous with women? Well most of the nervousness when approaching women (for a lot of people at least) is out of being unsure of yourself/lack of confidence. People tell themselves "Damn she's gorgeous, there's no way I'm good looking enough for her." Or "I'd rather not approach her, I'm not interesting enough of a person to keep a good conversation going." It's all about building confidence in yourself, when your confident your less nervous!
