7	Is there a particular reason why women put their female friends down in front of men? I see it as sorts of female politics within their group, it's like a hierarchy with a mother hen and all the other chicks beneath her. I am pretty sure that its always the same woman (the mother hen) that does the insults and negging to keep the other girls in check and strengthen her position at the top of the hierarchy. 2	Aim For The Planche Push Up barely any muscle on their frame Example A Example B Those guys are training with almost only bodyweight although I think that they are also deadlifting and maybe squatting. Those guys are jacked and strong as fuck and performing these movements is a lot harder AND more impressive than just lifting a heavy barbell.
