It's funny really, it's actually pretty hard to explain to someone that just doesn't get it. Interesting, who do you think said it? I guess I should add the backstory. It was really just something silly, I helped get her dancing career started cause she had to be seen dancing with a partner to get hired. Just thought her response was pretty funny. As an MGTOW Jedi I wasn't looking for much but A hug would have been nice.

Well I'm pretty young and short-sighted so I may be missing your point but I feel those are 2 very different ideas. People get really weird about just the idea of not being interested in a relationship at all. I still have people that say they want to set me up with this girl they know. Idk, some people genuinely do have relationships like this, have threesomes and what not. If it's genuinely discussed as a mutual fetish or just something they're into it would make perfect sense.
