It is in a practical sense, since the cases were men actually get full custody or majority custody are so rare. In fact, unless the woman gives up custody, is in jail, or has some serious issue the man is 99 times out of 100 not getting custody...doubly so if unwed. Also their was no arrogance intended, I was watching a TV show so I wasn't at my computer and felt 0 compulsion to look it up.

Let the assumption train roll! I do in fact work in a steel factory at the moment, but I also live at hoe so my parents can help take care of my daughter. Work is 8 - 12 hrs a days which gives me 16- 12 hrs a day to watch anime, play video games, be on reddit, take care of my kid, and write articles for various websites for money. I have the privilege to work in a steel warehouse. I have the privilege of being required to load twice as much steel as the female employees for the same pay. I have the privilege of being made to carry any steel bars under 100lbs while my female colleagues have to carry anything under 10lbs. No, because it does not consider different jobs. A retail job a female has will not pay the same as a steel mill job a man has. Show me data for men and women working in the same industry with the same time at the company and working the same hours. None of your points hold water. Their is no wage gap based on gender there is an earning gap based on choice. Men were/are the majority in the workplace so it makes sense that promoting from within would produce more male management. Government in the US is elected.
