| -5 | Mansplaining....Well, You can explain things to people. Mansplaining is the overexplaining of things, usually things you don't know a lot about tbh. For example, I had a manager who over-explained everything even when I really was asking and the things he said weren't constructive at all, and he did this with everyone all the time. We all found it annoying. Yes, even my male co-worker said he was mansplaining.
