That particular gym (that I don't go to anymore) doesn't have light memberships. There's just one standard membership and then a "VIP" membership with added bonus'. When I signed up they told me it's a $25 sign up fee. I asked if it could be waved, they said no. I asked again later.... no. They told me the price of the membership, I said I know people who pay less than that so how do I get that deal? They said they don't know who I know, but nobody should be paying less than that.

I haven't seen it but I watched the trailer before. I'd say the biggest negative impact on boys becoming men today is the divorce rates and fatherless-ness or rarely seeing their father with the added mixed messages to fill in the gaps from the media. Was just trying to sum it up with respect to the discrimination that was stated towards men in the article. That is basically what the co-founders intentions are according to what he said.
