1	Seduction is like meditation I have recently started meditating and am also finding it to be very helpful in improving myself. Tyler(Owen) from RSD talks about meditation and it helping you to become more present to the moment (etc.) in several videos, and provides his perspective on meditation here. There are several other 'big names' in the community who talk about and recommend meditation too.
