You could try going to the gym building your body if you arent already, it helped me with my confidence, also try to become more disagreeable, somewhere in the middle is good not too agreeable and not too disagreeable, about confrontations you should try to put yourself out there and see what happens i promise its not as bad as you may think and people will appreciate you more for being real, with time confrontations become easier
