| 56 | Ukraine will restrict all consulate services for men of conscription age (18-60)You can not just refuse. If they give you a final call to the military you need to go to enlisting point. Otherwise you will be tried as a criminal, because there is a law against such actions. Up to 5 years in prison. But they can't give you this call if you are abroad.
