Edit to be very clear: no job, intelligence measuring test, game of skill, will ever fall outside of the society it exists within, such that there is no way you could measure intelligence of any form without it being relative to that society and the ends it aims to achieve. Take a society that prioritises different ends, and IQ takes on a different meaning and intelligence becomes relative to that end. Trying to find intelligence differences between any group will always raise this issue and there's really no point.
