1	Perfect First rule of statistics is to normalize data. Normalize for black crime rate. About half of murders are committed by blacks and 90% of those murders are committed against other blacks. Yes, blacks commit more crime therefore they are going to interact with police more and be involved in more incidents. Apparently a lot of people can read police minds and know exactly what they are thinking and motives are in a stressful situation.
