My last girlfriend had an ex who would abuse her, according to her. However when she dated me it seemed like she was the abusive one. She was absolutely horrible, constantly manipulating me and then tearing me down. It’s ironic because we hear that men are the more abusive sex, but most of the women I’ve encountered have tried to abuse me emotionally or mentally

For me since I’m 18, I just keep in mind that the MGTOW mindset has some good values. It has a lot of themes of independence, grit, determination, and self-sufficiency. I keep myself MRA however because I still believe in love and it happening to me one day. And I think that the MRA’s goal is trying to make the lives of men in the future easier, while MGTOW is making your present life easier

I think that is perfect! You have my permission to use whichever parts you like!

Sure! Which part really interested you!

Wow I had never thought of it in that way before! I had always thought of the movement to have some witch-hunt tendencies as “Innocent before proven guilty” was thrown out the window, and many times many different men would get accused for nothing. I never realized how accurate that the feminist tactic of “shaming, demonizing, and minimizing” actually is true

Why do you say that? Honestly I thought that it was both good and bad but the bad was starting to take over

I would rather protest rape and sexual abuse than false claims because as being a white, upper income teenager would throw so much unnecessary flack my way. Believe me, I was really interested in defending him publicly. But during the Kavanaugh (sorry for bad spelling) controversy, everyone was all “#believewomen” and wouldn’t even hear the facts. However, my school’s principal said anyone wearing a pink shirt and protesting will be suspended. So I just decided not to do it all together.

I was deciding to protest against sexual abuse and rape in general across all genders, not a specific one. No cases involved.

Yeah of course I can! I meant that the claim she made was so big that that’s why I felt she wouldn’t have made it up. But after hearing to more details I’ve become skeptical. Does that help at all? Sorry I’m trying to think how to rationalize my thoughts, they go through my head super fast

I honestly can’t say one thing or the other because no evidence has been provided but I have my doubts.

Honestly about 75%. I know she wouldn’t make this up, but obviously I can’t help but wonder why she would make this up

I wasn’t discriminated against. I just saw from an outsider perspective how quick people jump on men. I’ve had a false accusation before against me but seeing it from an outside perspective was extremely interesting.

Yeah that’s a good point, I should have seen that earlier because that’s obviously the most pressing issue

That’s exactly what my longtime ex girlfriend did to me. Used sex to manipulate me and whenever I’d get angry she’d use sex.

Nah. It wouldn’t have been worth the fight. She’s one of the most stubborn people I’ve ever met and I’m not looking for everyone to hate me because I slut-shamed a woman

That’s what I first thought, but then I saw they added a No Shave November filter It kinda counts towards it but not really

Hi! 16 year old MGTOW-er here! Honestly in high school going your own way is very challenging, especially since we are teenagers. The best advice I can give to you about reacting to people telling you to find a girl is that you should tell them you aren’t obligated. In this society it’s always men supporting women, men being the ones who have to date and if not their weird. While women are free to go from one man to the next and not care. You are in no way, shape, or form obligated to dating or …

I wanted to so freaking bad. He was my drama club director freshman year and completely favored the girls, but he was asked to step down after screaming at me and other students so there’s already a bit of bad blood there. And what pissed me off the most is that kids wanted to bring back feminist Friday and he was all for it, but when someone brought up ‘masculine monday’ he immediately hesitated.

Fun fact. Most percentages of school shooters/serial killers were raised by single mothers. Maybe toxic male entitlement isnt the problem, maybe its lack of masculinity. And haven’t police said that they still don’t know the motive?? Or was that a new break in the case

Damn this is horrible. If I ever experienced this I’d just walk into the girl’s bathroom. And if anyone complained they can suck it up for a few minutes and blame the building owners

The original movement during the suffrage was to make women equal to men, and tons of feminists claim that they want equality to men even though most of it has been achieved

I think Menarehuman sounds like an amazing name! I think Projectsexism and beyondsexism are good ideas but once implemented we could get crap for being sexist. Menarehuman seems to convey what the main goal of the website would be: to show men are human too.

Wait...haven’t feminists said that it is for both men and women but specifically women (yes, it calls out its own hypocrisy) and a Radical Feminist who says it’s strictly for women is creating a schism in the equality men? So they aren’t a feminist at all?
/r/MensRights07/08/18 12:03 PM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
