Are you an insecure loser who ego lifts at the gym? Kill it with the Vince Gironda 8x8I've spent 30 seconds in that thread and it hurt my head. Yes you can build very decent mass with low resting time. This is the whole basis of DC training and myoreps. Go tell Dante Trudel that it doesn't build mass nor strength. Second, the most important thing is not rep ranges, at all. It is overall volume and quality of work (and of course, proper nutrition). https://www.strongerbyscience.com/hypertrophy-range-fact-fiction/ That 8x8 is ok to try if you like to train that way, just like GVT. … | /r/TheRedPill | 14/04/19 10:07 PM
What i've learned from cold approaching over 350 womenDon't worry bro. If you are manlet, hit the gym heavily to get massthetic, stretch here and there to get one inch of spinal height. Visualize yourself taller (serious, check Biology of belief). If potential side effects do not scare you and you are under 25, maybe try popular gh peptides - but I do not recommend this at all, nose and organ growth could happen for example- there are 2-3 inches to get. | /r/TheRedPill | 25/12/18 09:29 PM
Looks MaxingStronglift is absolute shit to look max, and I would argue sub-par for strength. I suggest either one of greg Nuckols beginner routine, Layne Norton's PHAT or ws4sb, Lyle Mcdonald upper lower with added glutes work, 20 reps method. | /r/TheRedPill | 11/04/18 09:44 PM

Gf may be polyamorous.Frankly, you confirmed many of my thoughts and opinions. I was expecting the kind of reply I got there. Thank you, I was hoping somebody poly would chime in. Do you feel like you were "born" with a poly preference? | /r/askTRP | 04/02/18 07:58 AM
Gf may be polyamorous. She had sex with this girl before we met, and again after asking me. And I'm certain about the first point you quoted. But yeah, probably better to end it. | /r/askTRP | 04/02/18 02:03 AM
The empathy trap, testosterone, and the power of holding frameYour post was interesting but I can't understand your last paragraph. Lifting has so many benefits. Physical strength and endurance, power generation, coordination, aesthetics, hormonal and even cognitive effects. | /r/TheRedPill | 21/01/18 04:16 PM
To maximize your aesthetic potential, low bodyfat percentage is more important than sizeIdeally you should stay under 15% bodyfat even if pursuing strength. I know it can be hard for natties. But going above 20% is not very interesting especially if you care about aesthetics. Find legit programs if you are a beginner. LyleMcdonald, Layne norton, Greg nuckols, Stoppani.. all developed legit programs. Learn to eat. I think IIFYM works well for me but that's my body. Intermittent fasting can help you. And please stop the shit standards. (Almost) every man can bench 3 plates, squat/dl … | /r/TheRedPill | 08/12/17 08:20 PM
To maximize your aesthetic potential, low bodyfat percentage is more important than sizeNo offense but those stats are absolute shit. Do something. Even more if you claim to have a big frame. 6'1 200-210 10-12% 300+ bench 400+ squat is easy as fuck in 5 years. | /r/TheRedPill | 08/12/17 08:08 PM
To maximize your aesthetic potential, low bodyfat percentage is more important than sizeLifting weights lowers body fat. high intensity cardio too. 177lb is good if you have an average to above average frame. Check itnermittent fasting or iifym. | /r/TheRedPill | 08/12/17 08:06 PM
To maximize your aesthetic potential, low bodyfat percentage is more important than sizeYou should lift 3 to 4 times a week. You absolutely don't need a trainer. Nice progress. Look at leangains or IIFYM. | /r/TheRedPill | 08/12/17 08:05 PM
To maximize your aesthetic potential, low bodyfat percentage is more important than sizeIt's absolute shit. I suggest to either download greg nuckols beginner programs, try Alberto Nunez or Lyle mcdonald's (both lack glute work) upper Lowers or even stopanni's shortcut to size. My first program was Layne Norton's PHAT and I put on 10-20 lbs, and squatted 3 plates in a bit more than a month. It was tiring (mentally and physically) tough. | /r/TheRedPill | 08/12/17 08:03 PM
