I'm not OP. Still working my own way up to primetime. Anyway, your expectations are a bit off here. You're going to struggle to get a simple answer for your issues if you're past the beginner stage, at least not without providing an absolute boatload of information on your lifestyle. Pff, tired by the afternoon isn't right. You better be absolutely kicking your ass in the morning if you're done by 2-3pm. I figure something isn't right. Sleep is pretty easy to get down, sounds like you have good …

Diet, exercise, sleep. You should have enough energy to stay productive through the day once you get those down. If you don't, you'll get tired and become unable to focus properly much earlier. The carb overload sugar rush / crash is especially deadly for this kind of thing. Also, mental fatigue is not physical fatigue. Schedule simpler but important stuff for the evening if your head isn't going to be in the game then, like exercise or cooking.

The irony is that the essential oils aren't actually all that essential. They're more... unavoidable, I guess. They're in practically everything, just in different ratios from food to food. From my understanding, it's best to keep them in a 1-1 balance due to how they interact, but while there's plenty of people saying get them there's not much consensus on how much is enough. Pretty sure it's a marketing scam myself, which is why I think there's no upper specified limit. As far as the western d…

It almost certainly has more downsides than upsides. Fairly sure it's a successfully marketed waste product. The only people really taking it are generally health conscious so it's not obviously linked to higher mortality or sickness. Typically polyunsaturated oils go rancid fast and they dump lots of free radicals into your system. Not so bad with whole fish because fish are chock full of antioxidants, but as a stand alone supplement you don't get that balancing act.

Perhaps you are at the wrong clubs? If you don't enjoy the music or atmosphere your outcome for the night largely depends on getting somewhere with a girl, and preferably asap. Stressful and inefficient way to spend a night, in my opinion, and actually detrimental to meeting someone if you are in a shitty mood. As far as SMV goes, no, not really related. Being the guy who doesn't club isn't an SMV problem by itself. If you were a complete shut in, though, that would be. SMV isn't built in a day,…

This is asktrp, you're going to get red pill advice. If someone wants advice from different perspectives, they should go and ask there. Because the answers you get here are generally controversial, it isn't a place that can allow them to be diluted down or our stuff will be lost in a sea of blue pill / incel nonsense, solely here to drown out our voices. You won't get the stark truth from many places, so this place - while occasionally harsh - is a gem for men around the world, if they can stoma…

Occasional cheats are inevitable. Best if they are planned in as a reward following good behaviour. But bad habits suggests a much more frequent and disruptive/wasteful behaviour. They ought to be changed for good ones wherever possible.

What is your frame of mind? There are different strengths of these frame - some are soft, bending to the way another person directs it, and others are strong and unshakeable. If you go up to chat to a girl, your frame is that you are a) the shit and b) that you want to do something with her. If she gives you shit and you lose all of your confidence and the engagement falls apart? You lost your frame. In a sense, you stopped being the person you were trying to be and became something else, someth…

While they may have some benefits in some people, the effects of omega oils in the body are not simple. They may have short term anti inflammatory action, they may help with cardiovascular health, they may help with vision, but they do also contribute significantly to free radical damage, among other things. They're just not worth it.

Okay, perhaps I should clarify. I tend to eat low omega 3/6 foods, and I don't supplement it. Typically my intake works out to about 4g of polyunsaturated fat each day. They are in pretty much everything, so it's unreasonable to avoid them entirely, and I don't think it's necessary to become a complete food nazi. I've made many many changes in my diet and lifestyle since then, and I'm far healthier (more energetic, clarity etc.) than I was. The low level of omegas has stayed constant and does no…

Vit D maybe (not done enough research on this), omega 3 definitely not. The omega 3/6 essential oils thing is a scam to sell seed oils (they used to be used for paint before petroleum took over) and to sell waste fish oil. It's not stable at body temperatures and can go rancid before you even buy it off the shelves. Many of the benefits attributed to them are due to indirect effects of lowering your metabolism, and interactions between the omega 3's and 6s. For more info read this http://raypeat…

I'd advise against quickly going into any sort of major supplementation regime. If you're going to add something, add things one at a time, test them for a month or so and see how they affect you. Tracking how one thing at a time makes you feel is important. You can easily spend a lot of money on products that do not work for you. Trying to supplement your way straight into good health (or whatever) is expensive, it does not work and in the worst case it may even hurt you. YMMV with any suppleme…

Everyone has their own problems, and most people are far too wrapped up in their own to care about yours. So as long as you aren't going around creating new problems for other people you can do pretty much anything and nobody will give a shit. Stop worrying about the fact that there is something wrong with you. Embrace it and see it as an opportunity to improve. Knowing is half the battle. Validation all stems from yourself. Ultimately every emotion you feel is a chemical self generated reaction…

Feminism is an insidious method of trying to force men and women to be effectively equal in all externally visible manners, leading women to the false conclusion that they don't need men, leading to the breakdown of good relations between the genders (briffaults law) and thereby the collapse of western civilisation (as birth rates drop and mgtow rises)

Doesn't it just bring a tear to your eye? The sad game addict upvote circlejerk going on for this thread, I mean. You're all pathetic. But seriously, have you heard of a diary? Could you maybe get one, use it, and spare us the life story? You aren't important and nobody here really cares. If you have a point to make from your life, get to it and make a lesson, caveat: after you've actually seen success from changes and have some actual points to make. Pick hobbies and give them 20 hours. No pussying about, really commit to it for that time. You learn a ton of basics in 20 hours. Do enough different things and you'll become way more interesting. Don't be afraid to ditch something after having an honest go and deciding it isn't for you. You don't owe anyone there anything. Also read. Classics, biographies of famous men, history. Spending time in settings with different cultural norms will help you to appreciate why they exist and to stop identi…

Yeah. It's ok. I'm a non-responder so I have to take a decent amount with caffiene to feel any different, but my focus is improved, especially on days where I would otherwise be struggling. Some side effects, like a powerful urge to grind my teeth and weird shits make it a trade off though. Still experimenting with dosage, but I don't think it's something I'd want to rely on everyday. Instead, its more like a failsafe for those days when I need the boost.

Fix your diet and get regular exercise first. Hair will often thin out if you are in poor health, and this can be a simple course correction. Finasteride should be the absolute last thing you try for your hair due to all of the side effects (which can include an UNTREATABLE AND PERMANENT loss of libido and drive). It very much depends on your individual response to the drug but you are playing with fire taking it. At the very least, Minoxidil is safer to try first. If you are willing to try natu…

Your behaviour is a hindbrain reflex to make you look submissive and not a threat. This stuff is from millenia of evolutionary habits and in less pleasant times might have saved your life. You won't be able to stop it through sheer force of willpower, the hind brain is tied in to your reflex reactions and has been conditioned to respond this way. If you want to fix it you need to convince your hindbrain that it doesn't need to respond this way. There are a couple of things to do. First is to imp…

The ketoconazole is a mixture of all sorts of random shit that supposedly helps your hair regrow. I've tried various ingredients separately and not seen much of a change, ymmv. It's a topical of mostly natural shit so side effects are unlikely. Dermastamping suuuucks. 1.5mm needles, frequency of treatment is hotly debated but I'd say once a week at the most. I thought the same thing. Cut too early and looked like shit after. Was a waste of time. You're better off bulking til you are big then doing it. You'll still have a belly, but you'll have some nice muscle so believe me it's very bearable. I don't plan on cutting again until I hit ~220 at 6"

You might be rounding your back. Keep your shoulders back and your head up at all times. Honestly getting my form corrected has made an amazing difference for me, I just busted through 110kg x 7 reps today. That was unthinkable a month ago - I couldn't do 1 at 100, and I would get a sore back too on occasion. Highly recommend you get a form check, if not with a trainer (preferably someone who is big and competes, they will know how you should look) at least post your form up to one of the fitnes…

I'm after both. It should be possible to be tully refreshed in 6 hours, I probably need to add something to my diet or wait for my dopamine receptors to recover from 15 years of porn/gaming so I can properly enjoy less stimulating activities. The flatline from that is pretty bad at the minute.

Good Destroyed my squat plateau after paying for some pt to fix my form. From a 1rm pb of 1 x 100kgs to 5 x 100 and then 110 x 7 across 3 weeks. Seriously chuffed. Maintaining a clean calorific excess easily now. Not having to track it so closely. No real issues with fat gain despite the daily 1-2k calories in excess. 4 weeks no pmo or videogames. Still feel drawn to them, but all the safeguards in place are paying off. Read a book, Shark trouble. I need to try diving with big fish at some point…

Could be an electrolyte imbalance. Try getting some more salt and check your bp a few hours later. If that doesn't help there are others in the mix, look them up, find a good dietary source and test their effect on your bp one at a time.

Finally cracked 100kg squat after getting form corrected. Have had hip pain at 85-90 for ages which stopped me going higher, completely gone now with better form and diet. Hopefully the numbers start moving again. 3 weeks no pmo, really noticing an improvement in anxiety levels. Still craving release but getting easier. 3 weeks no gaming, struggled a lot with filling time at first but have stopped missing it now and starting to add other things into the free time. Been eating clean for a while n…

You are seriously overestimating how much work it takes to sort yourself out. A few years of applied effort will get you to well above the average guy. This is not a long time in the grand scheme of things. Exercise, eat clean, go out and find fun things to do.

I'm trying dermarolling, scalp massage and alkalinising the body through diet. Various natural topicals and supplements too, there are a lot suggested online. I've not been at it long enough to see major results (~5 weeks) so I can't vouch for it yet but the science behind the mechanisms seems reasonable.

Everyone is a bit different w/r to how many carbs they can have and stay in keto. I was running on low carb but not keto for a while and the difference once I committed hard to it was noticeable. You might be ok to maintain on sub 60g but you need to force your body to fat adapt first and that won't happen on 60g, you'll just feel like shit and hungry all the time. Try to stick to minimal carbs for 2-8 weeks until your energy and mood get back to baseline, then you can bring the carbs up and fin…

My focus and quality of sleep improved considerably after a few weeks on a ketogenic diet, sub 30g of carbs daily. Brain fog might be worse to start but once you fat adapt you should be better than now. It probably won't fix your problem but it may make it less severe

Good - Shifted my sleep schedule to get up earlier and gym first thing, which is working well for a) getting it done consistently as nothing else has the chance to get in the way, b) removing a temptation to engage in various bad habits that are triggered by staying up late alone at night. Finally acquired a piano so I can get back into playing, also using it to replace other bad habits. Bad - Failed to come to a decision on whether to act on ioi's from a coworker, instead just chickenshitted ou…

You are here. You read and accept posts from this place as truth. Ergo - you can accept alpha (real man) behaviour. No, it isn't easy or quick to reprogram. You have to find things to work on and force yourself out of your comfort zone a little at a time every day. Look up the gender SMV chart on the rational male. You are worrying because you are conditioned to think that it's wrong to found a relationship with someone younger than yourself, hence you have missed out on all the top tier pussy by your age and will have to settle for something beneath your idealistic disney princess fantasy. You don't have to settle for ageing women. If you play your cards right over the next few years you can do very well for yourself with the ladies for a decade or more. …

If your mattress is junk you won't get great sleep. I went from struggling every day after 9 hours to completely refreshed after 7 when I upgraded from a beat up old £80 mattress to a new £300 one. And now I'm visiting family and sleeping on a pos for the stay and could easily go for 9+ again.
