23	x Drunk businesswoman, 39, who glassed a pub drinker after he wrongly guessed she was 43 is spared jail after female judge says 'one person's banter may be insulting to others' After reading the article she was given 180 hours of unpaid work (community service?) a £800 fine payed to the victim and a 12 month suspended sentence (probation?) for the benefit of her child to be spared it's mother going to jail. IMO: for a first time offense in which she pled guilty not all that terrible of a judgement.
