You're focusing on a single item instead of the totality of my comment. If she was sentenced to something similar to probation ( this happened in the UK) then I think it's entirely reasonable for the judge to consider the children as a deciding factor for a first time offender.

After reading the article she was given 180 hours of unpaid work (community service?) a £800 fine payed to the victim and a 12 month suspended sentence (probation?) for the benefit of her child to be spared it's mother going to jail. IMO: for a first time offense in which she pled guilty not all that terrible of a judgement. Though the fine could have been larger, and I would have liked to see mandatory counseling/anger management. Edit: spelling.

This reads like a highschooler trying to sound smarter than he really is. Kinda hurts. Must be why I skimmed past it.

The comment doesn't really back up it's claim. Kind of outlandish to assert that "the right" has hijacked feminism and turned it into the toxic cesspool it exists as today. Feminists did that themselves. And the elite left absolutely perpetuates it like whoopie, Oprah, and Ellen DeGeneres to name a few.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
