If you don't want false accusations, don't sexually assault anyone. The only way this sentence makes sense (to me, anyway) is as means to justify collectively punishing men. In other words, since some men are guilty of sexual assault, all men deserve to have the threat of false accusations hanging over their heads. And these are the same people who will recite 'NAWALT' whenever possible.

the female partner "sacrifices her career" or puts it on hold when she becomes a full time mom. To raise children that she, at least, chose to have. Males have no reproductive rights, and can even be legally deceived into supporting children who aren't theirs (paternity fraud). Females can opt out via abortion, adoption, and safe haven laws. While living off the provisions of her 'economically attractive' male partner. Or, in the case of single mothers, off a mixture of child support and the wel…

I just realized: this 'logic' also implicitly justifies so-called "regret rape." If the female retroactively decides that she didn't enjoy herself for whatever reason (possibly well after the fact), then even a consensual encounter can suddenly be criminalized as rape.

Female hypergamy applied on a societal level. Males are conditioned to "better themselves" in order to compete with other males over [sexual and/or reproductive] access to females (whose seemingly monopoly on the aforementioned is cited to justify their own value). Since hypergamy itself is a zero-sum game, there will always be winners (the top percentile of males, who generally succeed) and losers (the rest, who generally don't). As long as there are players, at least. This dynamic between the …

Sex appeal must be the worst category to have waifus as competition for, if only because the rules of human biology don't apply to them.

And should he get poisoned to death, then it was his fault for eating those M&Ms! More than anything else, I really think it's the victim blaming and lack of empathy that makes M&Ms such a health hazard. After all, when M&M poisoning is legal and victims of it are written off as collateral damage, why would the individual put himself at risk?

Society encourages women to be sluts. At the same time, a man is told to find that one NAWALT. And if she betrays him, then it's his fault for marrying a hoe. Society frowns upon judging females for their sexual history whatsoever (e.g. "Her past doesn't matter!"). And if a male insists on doing so [due to having standards], he is promptly accused of slut shaming.

I'm not sure why you're trying to troll me? I'm not. I'm actually trying to explain myself, as hard as you may find that to believe. MGTOW is about understanding gender and sexual dynamics Yes, and fiction can sometimes idealize those very dynamics. Which is why I was curious if others here consider it an appropriate substitute in lieu of female companionship. Waifus are but an example of how that might work. the above mentioned disclaimer is not for the idiots, it's for the lurkers. Does a conc…

Philosophically, talks of sexual preferences and kinks has nothing to do with MGTOW. Sex may be part of the equation, but it doesn't need to be. Someone's idea of alternative companionship could be as simple as nurturing their feelings towards a certain character. From what I understand, MGTOW itself entails risk management, which differs based on the individual male. And as far as male sexuality goes, MGTOWs do discuss dolls, VR, and even prostitution on occasion, after all. Wouldn't fapping to…

For all that males are accused of entitlement, females and society at large have always taken male utility for granted. This is why the withholding of such is met with endless shaming (e.g. "You're not a REAL man!"), if nothing else.

I've often heard that the only difference between flirting and [sexual] harassment is how the female involved feels about the interaction, which is based on how she perceives the male. Why not apply that metric here as well? The only difference between [sexual] empowerment and [sexual] objectification is how the female involved feels about the display, which is based on whether or not she benefits from it. It's worth noting that since her feelings are subject to change at any time (in either con…

If the concept of romance is defined by how she feels about what he does for her, then isn't it really just a socially palatable synonym for what MGTOW refers to as Briffault's Law?

When I think of 2D the only thing that runs through my mind about them are: honestly, compassion, love, understanding, gentleness, unique, usefulness, loyalty, fun, beautiful. Weebs offer an interesting compromise between the "red" and "blue" pills. On one hand, our obsession [with 2D] rivals the average male's gynocentrism [for 3D]. On the other hand, I would argue that so-called "waifuism" is well-founded given how 2D is generally portrayed (as you've described).

Males don't get help. Males are expected to help themselves (e.g. "Man Up.").

I can think of a few reasons why: The socially approved disrespect of male sexuality as creepy, disgusting, etc. False accusations (esp. in the current #MeToo era), including retroactive withdrawal of consent after the fact (regret rape). The ever-widening definitions for sex crimes themselves. For example, touching a female on the arm/waist can now be legally categorized as sexual assault [source]. Why is it that whenever a male doesn't want sex, the implicit conclusion is how there must someth…

Never mind all the stories of a guy killing a girl because she broke up with him. Except it is socially condemned and illegal for a guy to kill a girl. In comparison (as this example shows), a girl can destroy a guy's possessions with little to no consequences. This guy's feelings over a material possession are so much more important. Y'all are weak. And this lack of empathy from you and yours is part of why they exist. So much for guys expressing their feelings, huh?

"Guys only want one thing and it's disgusting!" But if male sexuality is disgusting, then, by virtue of gender equality, wouldn't that make female sexuality disgusting as well? In other words, one could cite this line to justify slut shaming.

True enough. It probably won't matter to the gynocentrist(s) whom you're arguing with. But, it might matter to any onlooking [male] bystanders who're on the fence about MGTOW. And that is what matters in the end.

Personal anecdotes of how bad marriage is for males are typically met with a simple NAWALT/"Who hurt you?" deflection. Risk management makes for a better counterargument, in my opinion.

Females have little incentive to honor marriage when they are the primary benefactors of divorce. Who receives alimony most of the time? Child support? The house? The kids? Etc. Legally, the "family" courts are more often than not on her side. Socially, divorce has become acceptable given the ~50% rate. And, in both contexts, let us not forget the silver bullet (better known as false accusations). The only real deterrent against a divorce rape is how she feels about him. Which is subject to chan…

Not always. For example: If he's hot, but she gets caught (say, cheating), then it's rape.

Ah so girls bad no matter what they do. That's the thing. Most of these female anti-feminists aren't lifting a finger against the very feminism they (supposedly) oppose. Actions speak louder than words, as the saying goes. And they are, for the most part, all talk.

The typical female anti-feminist is, as far as I can see, generally invested in her public image. She rejects feminism not out of genuine (if any) consideration for male issues, but rather because associating herself with the feminist brand lowers her perceived value in the eyes of eligible (e.g. economically attractive) males and subjects her to accountability for the consequences of feminism itself. In other words, the female opposition to feminism is primarily motivated by self-interest.

Lust does not necessitate interest. Even some among MGTOW engage in so-called pump and dump, but are otherwise completely disinterested in females. That's what I'm getting out of this tweet, at least.

The very idea of female-on-male rape is laughable to some, as they implicitly assume that men are always eager (e.g. "He enjoyed it."). And if a man isn't wanting for sex, then there must something wrong with him (e.g. "Are you gay?"). Just my two cents.

Have you ever heard a MGTOW claim that female babies deserve to be killed simply on account of being born female, because they will grow up to abuse men (as women)? I'm legitimately curious.

I'd like to introduce some nuance here. What if it was because the mother tried to babytrap an unwilling father (say, by lying about being on birth control or sperm-jacking a used condom)? What if it was because the mother used family court to alienate the child from a willing father (say, to extort child support or purely out of spite)? Paternity fraud is more or less legal for mothers to commit. Is the single mother truly single if she is relying on child support (according to this image) and/…

Consider how both phrases are, in practice, used against men. "You're not a real man!" "You can't handle a real woman!" A man is criticized for not being and/or doing what women want, yet simultaneously vilified for judging women (e.g. slut shaming, fat shaming, etc.) based on what he wants. Where's the gender equality in that?

Male victims are routinely dismissed out of hand. Divorce rape? NAWALT. He should have married a better woman. False accusations? But they're rare! Physical abuse? He must have upset her. etc. To contrast, the women most affected meme illustrates how our society deeply cares for female victims. Did you know that women lose their husbands, sons, fathers, and brothers in wars? Or how broke men are hurting women's marriage prospects? Even when men are the primary victims, their plight is framed rel…

A woman's feelings can shape public policy. For example, the prevailing rhetoric against criminalizing false [sexual misconduct] accusers is how doing so might "deter real victims from coming forward". This sentiment is also raised when an innocent, falsely accused man decides to get some measure of justice for himself by suing the false accuser(s). In other words, mens' rights apparently should end where womens' feelings begin. A man's feelings, in general, are only considered in so far as they…

I've never really understood why females oppose porn (and, more recently, the so-called sexbots). Since they hate being objectified so much, shouldn't they be happy that some men are turning to porn/sexbots/waifus/etc. for alternative release instead of objectifying them? And given how they aren't interested in said men anyway, what's the problem?
