I would say the best thing you can do is find the line of being both strong and kind - which is most rare and thus most coveted by women. In my experience women are definitely more attracted to strength initially (both in personality and physicality), but kindness is what will keep them in a relationship. Knowing when to be one vs the other is key, but you must be both.

Sorry but that advice is shit If you want to learn to pick up girls you need to practice picking up girls An indirect strategy works better for women than men
/r/seduction24/06/26 01:50 AM

Solid advice - but personally I think you need to be more bold than that to stand out. Coming back on off-hours with a direct approach has worked for me

You get hotter women by actively approaching the ones you decide to go after instead of passively letting them decide to swipe You also build confidence by facing your fears and come across as a much stronger man in their eyes - and they end up respecting and valuing you more for it. My gf has told me this directly more than once and brags about how we met to her friends constantly I’ve been successful in both and the difference is night and day.
/r/seduction28/05/26 04:01 PM

they’re time wasters even if you get lots of matches. I spent so much time swiping, texting, talking only to spend an equal amount of time and money going out on dates etc.. I learned that nothing tells you how attracted you are to someone until you see them in person and have a 5 min convo - and that’s all you need. Apps are inefficient in every respect if you’re looking to spend the least amount of time (and money) to find the best match Besides, no girl dreams of being swept off her feet on t…

anything and everything - try em all and see what works best and where you feel most confident
/r/seduction26/05/26 01:38 AM

then why even use the apps if you’re crushing it in person?
/r/seduction25/05/26 05:45 PM

you gotta get off the apps - best way to stand out is to approach in person
/r/seduction25/05/26 05:44 PM
16

This is dumb - I have an average face, under 6ft, and average body and I can crush it with cold approach. Why? Because I put in the years of time and effort to learn how just like any other skill. Either cowboy up or don't, but don't bother trying to justify laziness and fear as 'the smart thing to do' - the reality is you just don't want it bad enough
/r/seduction08/05/26 06:44 PM
15

You should be approaching at any and every age if you're single - men have plenty of opportunities later in life but you need to maximize your chances of finding your person throughout. The key is to play to the different strengths of each time period - and to do the work now that will set you up for the next

Nobody is arguing looks don’t matter, we’re all hitting the gym tonight But I will argue to my grave (as a short, skinny, average joe no less) that behavior is FAR more powerful than guys think. Most women value attractive behavior much more than attractive looks in my experience. Most guys just aren’t good enough at game / or have attractive enough behavior to find that out

What city are you in? Def easier in a big city for sure. Resident Advisor is usually a great guide in the US but caters to underground more. Usually there's a few clubs or independent promoters that focus on specific styles. Get to know the genres and artists you're more into - and Google search to see the last few places they played and which promoters brought them. Follow both and listen to they music of people that are coming up. Take a few risks and hit up shows that are in your wheelhouse, …

Forgetting the fact that you're choosing someone who's in the 1% of looks to boost your argument (like the Dicaprio example) - it's not that fame doesn't matter, it's that it's not weighted as highly. How many women realistically approach Brad Pitt in an hour? 5? 10? A guy with A level game (and equal looks) could get twice as many dates as him in an hour simply by approaching and closing properly. You could spend your whole life trying to become an A list celebrity, or you could spend a 6 month…

That's cool appreciate the breakdown - I actually never thought about them separately like that but that's a really good point about them being very different. Good stuff.

Again, not my lived experience. Having been a B level musician for a long time where everyone knew me walking into my own shows and having plenty of fans come up to me - I can tell you without a doubt I've had far more success with women learning game than relying on fame. The difference is that with game, you don't even need fame. Fame is a crutch. When you rely on it you're taking the mindset of a woman's where you're waiting for someone to approach you - a guy with game doesn't need that beca…
/r/seduction27/12/25 07:25 PM
20

Proper list but in my experience the weighting is backwards I would say behavior (game) is king, followed by looks and physique, then money, then social status. A good looking dude with good game is gonna crush an ugly or even average famous guy who can't talk to women. Def agree that richness is still a factor lol Genuine question though - aren't status and fame kinda the same thing? I like those concepts but can you explain the line a bit more? In your example wouldn't she run over to the NFL …

I would get a day pass at gyms in the area and just practice different approaches without the worry of blowing up your regular spot - Id also think you'd need to be a bit direct since the gym is a risky place for guys to approach Also as a woman it will be tricky cause i think you'd want to be direct with your interest at first - but also make them chase a bit as well so it's not a free lunch. Maybe even tell them that you'd like to see them show you a proper date to match your energy of making …

My point is that this dynamic is seen in nature across many different species - and there's really good reasons why. I find this kinda stuff really fascinating honestly, was trying to make a connection behind what the OP was saying, and the things we see play out in nature all around us

Just sayin most predators are solo / smaller groups while prey are in bigger herds. I'm not a lion expert guys lol Look at schools of fish vs sharks or barracuda etc.. Even group hunters like orcas or lions aren't as big as antelope or gazelle herds. There's a reason there aren't big groups of snipers. Even swat and seal teams are relatively small. Its a math / game theory / efficiency thing like OP is saying. Male or female doesn't really matter

You're not wrong - but those traits don't necessarily translate to being a global leader or having the best economic policy. Shame is very necessary for navigating worldwide conflicts. Giving the middle finger to another country with nuclear weapons is very different than pissing someone off on reddit. A cool controlled head with logical thinking is what I'm looking for in my president - there's much more at stake than their take on the 'gender wars' in America

While I do appreciate your approach to different lines of thinking (and I really do because it's very rare) - I'm not going to change my mind since I'm an economist myself, and all of my colleagues who are better at policy than me all share the same thoughts. That's really only one of many reasons why I would never vote for him though, and honestly I'm just not interested in a long debate about it.

Yeah this is a really strange take imo. Being attractive and seductive are about embracing more of who you are, and expressing yourself shamelessly and without fear to do so. It's not about being manipulative or fake or anything of the sort. I think there's a lot of people doing that sure - but that's not the right way and again, not everyone's experience.

The homeless problem has really hit both hard - the difference over the last 20 years has been staggering. The main problem in my eyes is that both are extremely liberal, and protecting their right to take over at the expense of the city and economy. Now mind you, I'm a liberal as well but I think it's more idealistic than realistic. It's a very complex problem, for sure - but until the cities make the hard decision to draw boundaries, they are going to continue to struggle. I don't specifically…

/r/seduction18/05/24 04:44 AM

Ignore him - take her by the hand and lead her away. If she doesn't follow you leave her there, if she does follow you make it clear you're on a date and you expect her to be flirting with only you. If she calls you controlling you leave, she's gonna be drama and pushing lines later. Overall it's better to be strong than weak. It's a shit test to see if you'll stand up for your boundaries.
/r/seduction18/05/24 04:38 AM
1

Lol you don't know me - stop trying to pick a fight. You're young and new at this and it's obvious. If you want someone to follow you around get a dog. Any women of high value knows their worth too - and isn't gonna stick around while you pretend your chores are a date. It doesn't matter how good you think you are at seduction or game - if you want a good women to stick around you need to make her happy, end of story.
/r/seduction06/05/24 12:50 PM

This sounds pretty selfish imo, you shouldn't be doing only the things you want to do and have her tag along - you should be working to find a compromise.

I fully agree and have had the exact same experience - if you are decently kind, in decent shape, have decent game, and a decent career it is very easy to stand out above the rest. And no I'm not tall or a model by any means. Not saying that imbalances and problems don't exist - but guys in this forum would rather carry their victim mentality to the grave than work on themselves. Life's very much a self-fulfilling prophecy that way.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/23 03:27 PM

You have - the more that like you the less who love you. Women are describing what they want from men at large - not from their partner. They simply won't respect you as much.

Why does this sub feel more red pilly by the day? It's not that I disagree with the premise but OP is too full of resentment and hostility to talk about it objectively
/r/PurplePillDebate30/11/23 05:03 PM

Interesting how men and women both do this - say one thing and do another. Imo it's a game theory thing of maximizing the benefits and minimizing the costs to get the benefits of both. Notice how the side being argued for is usually what's most rare - loyalty in a very sexual women and kindness in a very strong male. The harsh truth is that the words people say are usually not their true intentions - which is why it's always better to watch actions over words

There’s much more at stake with voting than gender agendas. I vote one step to the left because I believe it's whats best for foreign policy, protecting people's rights, and supporting the middle and lower class
/r/MensRights26/11/23 09:08 PM

I would agree, but I think men absolutely have specific problems that are neither seen nor talked about. Ours is not an immediate or physical threat, they are a hollowing of character, sense of self, and sacrifice of what we want most
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/23 07:34 PM

Alphas don't give a shit what anyone else thinks. Betas worry about their reputation and what other people think
/r/PurplePillDebate17/11/23 09:11 AM

Yeah your logic is off on this one - women aren't physically attracted as much as they are to the experience and status. Also you're talking about marriage success being the same thing as raw attraction and that's definitely not the same thing. Also just because women weren't attracted to you doesent speak for every older man. I love it on reddit when people take their singular experience and try to apply it to the whole.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/11/23 12:02 AM

True that, I agree with ya I'm just always talking about the norm rather than the exception when it comes to behavior
/r/PurplePillDebate16/11/23 11:05 PM

You're welcome. Forget the lawns if you want to nitpick that bad though - my point is by and large women care much more about the inside of a house then men do and you'll see this reflected in most cultures even if in different ways

I'm confused, are you arguing that men look at porn but aren't visually aroused?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/11/23 02:42 PM
2

Yeah but that's to be noticed by men. And yes I know - this is where everyone will come in to say otherwise but we all know that's the driving factor. It's no different than the reason men behave overly masculine, which is to be noticed by women.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/11/23 02:15 PM

Oh we notice, we just don't priorize the inside of our cave since our role is outside of it. Ever notice how men are hyper obsessed with their lawns?

Women love a proper approach but they won't admit to it because they fear it will open the door to more bad approaches. No hallmark movie or romance novel has ever had her meet the man of her dreams online.

Hey if it's not your cup of tea that's fine too. Just keep your mind open all I'm saying

I mean, you can tell me it doesn't work all you want but my experience speaks otherwise 🤷🏼‍♂️ Believe whatever you want

Again, you're doing it wrong or have never done it if that's the way you see it. Part of the challenge and fun is the you have to be in the moment and be genuinely yourself - woman can see through a script pretty easily. Done correctly, a real life approach will always be much more genuine and romantic. Just ask yourself - in all of those hallmark movies or romance novels - how many times does the woman meet the man online? None.

It's true, can't lie about that - but the results are worth it. You'll improve quickly if you put in the work, just dm me if you want
/r/PurplePillDebate07/11/23 04:15 PM

I wouldn't entirely disagree - but I think attractive behavior goes further than men realize. The only reason woman emphasize height and looks online is because that's all they have to go off of. Let's be clear though - dating and attraction is a very old concept not a new one, and all the trends, narratives, and technology of the modern world won't change those core biological instincts.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/11/23 04:04 PM
1

You're right - I'm not a model and I have to put the work in to get a date, something you don't have to do. But let's be clear, you're the exception to the rule, and not necessarily for the better. You're the rich kid complaining about how lame it is to work for a living. So congrats you won the lottery, but it's made you lazy af and too soft to approach.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/11/23 03:25 AM
1

I disagree, I'm not that attractive - I just put in the work to get decent at it. A cold approach is like any other skill, you're gonna suck at first - but as long as you're not disrespectful and you can handle rejection you'll eventually turn the corner. I deleted all my apps so I would have choice but to get better. That's the kind of dedication you gotta have. It's not easy but it's worth it.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/11/23 03:19 AM

No I don't catch your drift - your 'what if' scenarios come across as fear. And if you're simply saying yes to women that come up to you, you're never really going after what you want most. That's like taking any job your friend offers instead of going after your dream job.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/11/23 07:16 PM

No they're not rare or 10s, they just work at it like any other skill in life

/r/PurplePillDebate06/11/23 02:16 PM

You have to get over it dude - the best things in life take work and require you to get outside your comfort zone. OLD is a losing game for the average man as is passively waiting to be introduced to someone.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/11/23 02:14 PM
3

What you think a cookie cutter response on OLD is somehow different? A cold approach takes a lot more genuine interest. If you're saying the same thing every time you definitely suck at it.

Virtually all of my long term relationships have been from a cold approach - woman respect a man more when he has the courage and confidence to go after what he wants. Night and day difference between a respectful cold approach and a disrespectful one. Most men simply don't know how to do it or are too scared to try.

/r/MensRights22/10/23 03:16 PM

Agreed that rejection should always be handled respectfully. Women have every right to not be interested as well.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/10/23 02:02 AM

Of course there's gonna be some who aren't into it but that comes with the territory. You won't guilt or shame me out of finding my person, and I will take all of the rejection in the world and walk through all of the fire to find her. Tell me that's not the drive and energy you want to see from your man, someone who will fight for the chance to be with you and will stand up for himself and what he wants. Again, being respectful and polite about it.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/23 03:36 PM

In my experience they don't though, almost every woman appreciates a sincere and flattering approach. Just don't be an a-hole about it.

This is the same with every person you will ever meet, and every conversation you will ever have. Welcome to the real world.

Woman say that so they can sus you out more quickly - find your rough edges and see if its a match. It's a subconscious thing, but woman hate it when a man hides his true self because they don't know his true intentions and if it's a match for what they want. It's a game theory thing in the interest of saving time.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/23 11:32 AM

Here's the thing - women actually care about masculine behavior more than looks, but online you have no way to show that, all you have is a picture. In the real world you can become very attractive to a woman simply by approaching and showing confidence which takes a lot of balls - but that doesn't translate online. The solution is to drop the apps if you're an average man - you won't stand out that way.

Was honestly surprised there was a woman in here - saw your other post on the uplifting men thread and damn I gotta say you sound like one of the real ones. A person who is willing to look at both sides is rare. Keep being you please 🙌🏼

You're taking a very small sample of men and assuming that's how the entire population behaves. Most people think about instinctual things like fucking a stranger on the bus or punching their boss in the face but most of us seem to behave just fine despite our primal instincts. We have higher level thinking for a reason. Just because I have an attraction doesen't mean I'm going to act on it if that would cause harm. That's how most men and most people actually behave - you just don't hear from t…

Yeah but men are equally disgusted by woman who are attracted to money - but that's still fine according to your earlier comment.

again, you said it yourself. we’re in agreement more than you think attraction is where women settle
/r/PurplePillDebate09/08/23 08:39 PM

Yes you said it yourself - a GOOD relationship is very hard for a woman to find since most men are self centered and less empathetic (necessary to hunt and kill more efficiently). I think what you're also touching on is that woman also control the narrative of what is good and bad in society - in the same way that men control the economy and politics. Thaaats a whole separate can of worms though..
/r/PurplePillDebate09/08/23 06:45 PM

Woman can be more selective when choosing a sexual partner (because men prioritize it more than woman) - and men are forced to settle as a result However Men can be more selective when choosing a relationship partner (because woman prioritize it more than men) - and woman are forced to settle as a result Each side wants what is rare from the other, and both sides point the finger at each other because for each side it is very hard to get what they want.

I'm talking about actual harassment - https://youtu.be/b1XGPvbWn0A Don't get that confused with a genuine approach which is not harassment if you're respectful and willing to walk away politely. But let's be real - the amount of genuine approaches pales in comparison to the amount of harassment woman receive on a daily basis.
/r/MensRights08/07/23 01:38 PM

Bullshit if you think the average woman can take on the average man - you've been watching too many marvel movies 😂
/r/MensRights08/07/23 01:27 PM

Oh c'mon now, they're def not the same - rejection is not nearly the same as being harassed by someone who can cause you physical harm. If you can't handle rejection you don't have to approach - but woman get harassed whether they're ready for it or not. I'm no white knight but y'all gotta man the fuck up sometimes and stop whining.
/r/MensRights08/07/23 07:27 AM

You're giving terrible advice - and you even admit that you've never cold approached. What are you even doing here? Get back to your family. And to the OP - you should cold approach all the time and be unapologetic about it. Always be respectful, but don't worry so much about coming across the wrong way. The difference between being a creep and being their knight in shining armor is how confidant and comfortable you are - and that comes with time and repetition.
/r/seduction20/07/22 04:58 AM

Naturally thick eyebrows are great, I agree - I just mean the ones that look super out of place

Woman are attracted to power of all kinds. Strength, money, art, smarts, humor etc.. The more power you can bring in different ways the better. Muscles and strength just happen to be one of the most visible types.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/03/22 05:04 AM

It's simple - TREAT THEM REALLY WELL. You'd be surprised how many men treat woman badly. I'm not rich, and I'm no model but I do well because most men's behavior is a 5 at best. Just be a genuinely good, honest, funny and empathetic person - and know how to present yourself confidently and proudly without being obnoxious. Always remember - men care more about looks, woman care more about behavior
