Men do that to other men as well. The resources are not unlimited. So it's not a gendered issue, it's the nature of the competition. Gender might play a role sometimes and to a certain degree, but it rarely is the main source of conflict. Men are not collectively out there trying to stop women from achieving things. That's a narrative lazy bums come up with to excuse their inability to achieve anything of value that's further perpetuated by blind white knights with needlessly bleeding hearts or …

That just sounds like regular competition? If you're competing in the same space for the same resources, no one will open the doors for you and set out the red carpet just because you exist.

When the world goes to hell, people do terrible stuff. News at 11. War traumatizes people, it forces them to kill and see their friends killed. They get a daily dose of propaganda that dehumanizes the "other" side. It's not an everyday situation where a group of men suddenly decide to do some jolly raping. It's an environment with no laws, no social norms, just death and terror. Imagine your closest friends getting shot in the head right beside you as you watch it happen. What would you do in re…

Are you talking about the Bosnian war?

People kill under certain circumstances as well. And anyone is capable of that. What's your point? Wartime rape has no relevance to male "honor" and protection of women in modern west right now. And you're talking about really old wars. You won't see American troops going around and raping women in Afghanistan. The cultural norms and education level are different now.

Men do not think about "owning" other people. This is why male far-righters complain about foreigners "raping our women". You're confusing nationalism with being a male. One has nothing to do with the other. Nationalists don't think about owning the women of their nation, they think about outsiders coming in from vastly different cultural backgrounds where rape culture actually exists like Pakistan. This has nothing to do with male identity or "male honor" what ever that is. Men protect "their o…

There's plenty of amateur content made by people in relationships willingly. Or girls who cam from the comfort of their homes. There's nothing "evil" or forced there.

If I would start going to the gym, a lot of my downfalls would be solved. Easily. Because most of them come from my weight. That's a common misconception. You don't have to necessarily go to the gym; you have to eat right. Sure, it would help your metabolism and muscle tone is nice but for weight loss it's 80% what you eat and 20% physical activity. You could work out for hours every day but if you keep eating shit, the weight won't go away.

Did the village have milk in their breasts that the baby required every few hours? Sure, people helped, but the mother was never far away from the child. Especially in the first 9 months. And is a village without gender? Most of that village were still women while men did all the hard labor because they're stronger, aren't as caring and agreeable, don't have milk in their tits and are not limited in their hard labor and hunting activities by a baby bulge. Also, men were always biologically more …

After the baby was born for the first 9 months or so women had to be at their beck and call at all times. They couldn't refuse, object or tap out or give the responsibility to someone else. The baby was always right and took priority, otherwise it died. So women by nature had to be more caring and agreeable than men on average because they were the primary caretakers of children for most of human history. Baby formula, affordable and widespread childcare, birth control, etc are very recent inven…

To be fair, it's pretty damn hard to tell the difference between regular and purge week content far more often than you'd expect.

How exactly whites are privileged in Asia? Most likely you're thinking about economic class difference. Money has no race. In fact, the rich are probably the reason why this race bating bullshit is happening in the first place. As long as the unwashed masses squabble between themselves, the rich can continue to hoard their money piles undisturbed.

The same reason white people hate the term white privilege, because they don't have to live with the negatives that minorities have to deal with. Minority groups always have to deal with more shit. It's not "white privilege", it's majority privilege if you even can call it that. It's ye old tribalism, nothing more, nothing less. Race factors into that, but it's not inherently "white". This American obsession with "whiteness" looks insane to the rest of us.

That's how it might have started, but now it's a whole different beast. They're trying to reframe fat as being healthy and beautiful and if you don't agree you're fatphobic bigot. Case in point, this TED talk: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bzlYyhh3X0w This way of thinking is known as fatphobia. Like any form of systematic oppression, fatphobia is deeply rooted in complex structures like capitalism, patriarchy and racism.

Single women get support from the establishment - media celebrates woman powertm, independency, single motherhood and all that. There are female only charities, scholarships, shelters and generally all types of support systems on every level on a scale that's much larger than what men have if they're down on their luck for whatever reason. There's nothing positive about being a man in 2019 according to mainstream media. A single woman is celebrated, no one cares about single men. Even…

It shows how society values/views women and men in general. Women's issues are highlighted and supported, men don't get nearly the same treatment or even get ridiculed for them. Just google what Terry Crews had to deal with after his #metoo statement. Is it a surprise if men do worse than women in this kind of culture? Seems obvious to me.

I'm not familiar with non-western societies which is why I didn't mention them in my comment. Explain then, why #metoo only cares about women. Why the Boko Haram narrative is always centered on female victims. Why there are so many more breast cancer support campaigns than prostate cancer campaigns despite them being equally lethal. I can't think of a single similar situation where men would be considered first like women are in these examples. They never are.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/08/19 02:18 PM

I don't know the reasons behind it, but it's obvious that men are hopeless when they are alone. Western society is gynocentric, that's why. All the charities, the public support campaigns, even family relations support primarily women. There were plenty of #metoo revelations where the victims were men but did you see that in mainstream media? No one gave a shit. Media worldwide went nuts for the kidnapped girls in Nigeria, but no one wrote about boys who got killed on spot or burned/burried aliv…

I've met a couple of short millionaires with hot wives. Status and charisma can compensate for the lack of height for sure. It's just not realistic for most short guys out there though.

Now that I think about it more, the idea of contributing to the act of cheating disgusts me even when I understand that it's all on her. I've made no promises, she has. Nope, can't do it.

Do you not check the road for cars when crossing the street even if the light is green? Taking reasonable precaution seems like common sense to me. Also, a jilted spouse gone off their rocks is a far more common occurrence than lightning striking a human being.

In what world one gun cancels out another gun? What if the husband waits for you to cross the street and steps on it? You can't always be ready and you most likely won't be when he strikes. No one can be constantly on the edge and prepared. The only sane thing to do here is to not fuck with it unless you know the husband is a complete nobody doormat. But who does background checks for shit like this? It's just too much of a mess.

Too much drama, and just because the chance is small doesn't mean the husband won't retaliate if it comes to light.

I've yet to see any healthy marriages besides the one my best friend and his wife has, as did his parents. That plus entering a contract where the incentive is to leave and take the money rather than working on the relationship leaves me skeptical.

Generalising much? Maybe consider that the common point of your experience is your choice of which men you associate yourself. Perhaps it's not that all men are pigs, you just choose to be with that type of men.

I think it's context. There's no emotional connection or displays of power/competency/what everturnsyouon in regular porn. It's purely physical jam in and out affair that works for visually oriented men but does not fit the criteria for women. Women need foreplay, and there's no foreplay in most porn.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/19 01:39 PM

Because that means you want to be dominated, and only a doormat wants that. That's a lot of black and white you're splashing there. Some people like to be "dominated" in some areas of their lives but not others. By the sound of it you're a dominant person yourself so the idea of giving up any control to another offends you personally. That's fine, but people who are happy to sometimes hand over the steering wheel are not automatically doormats.

Not if they're poor, or if they consider paying a whore emasculating ie being a loser which their egos can't handle. Not that raping anyone makes them less of a loser. But there are many kinds of situations and mindsets that lead to that happening including the "last resort" angle. Sandman makes a good point about women not having to resort to such means to get sex.

I find that most subs in general are fairly tame but the "nerd ones" (e.g. gaming, anime, mecha) are probably where I felt least welcome on many occassions. The "fake fan/ gamer girl" stereotype is very much alive and well. I hear this a lot but never see it. Any examples? I'm not a woman but whenever I see one pop up on the nerd subs the guys rush to tip their m'lady fedoras faster than light. They are starved for any female attention. I don't doubt the occasional incel pops up just to be an as…

Because the EU is fucking SCARED. They are SCARED FOR THEIR LIVES. But this is clearly not the case and these results prove it as all over Europe, countries are showing they are sick of the EU. That some sweet propaganda, mate. UK voted based on lies of Farage and others, none of which have come true. All that promised money for healthcare and what not does not exist. Others see UK have shot themselves in the foot and won't make the same mistake. So much of UK's culture and science is/was funded…
