Update, idk if you care or not, but since you gave me solid direction here's what happened, she didn't flake, and I pulled radio silence all accept a day or 2 before hand to change plans on the meeting location. In the process though she did contact me first, whatever reason it was, ive noticed a change with her behavior towards me. More of a worried/caring, wanting to know what's going on type where as before it was basically nothing.

Well I tried to reschedule for next Wednesday but she says she's working all day that day, so I said Thursday, and she said she's off but has other plans. Right, it was on my mind, but from feedback, I didn't work up any good kino to kiss her, so if I would have kissed her at the end of the date, it would have been bad news.
