Trump will win the 2020 election. The economy is good and that is what most people care about. When it comes to the wall, it will either be built or he will blame the democratics. The USA will continue to drift towards isolationism, we will trade with the world but not intervene in it.

Currently in training you have two choices, exceed the standard or leave. Any draftee would just leave. To train draftees, you have to make them fear their officers and that would take a lot of retraining on everyone's part.
