Overcoming challenges, facing difficulty, completing goals, exercising self dicipline, actualising ideal self image. Those things can make a man proud of himself, this will build his esteem, when he succeeds enough this will bring true tested confidence. People are so low in modern societies because comfort enables complacancy. Comfort enables behaviour patterns which are weak and ineffectual in overcoming challenge. Living as a feather in the wind will have men feeling hopeless and lost, this i…

Cool observation. Biological studies suggest the higher up the male heirarchy you go the more empathetic people are. This is contrary to the rhetoric that most would have you believe.

Your mentality and perspective towards your work is important. Working for no reason could make anyone depressed. If you have a goal in mind, a vision of how you want to shape your future, then this is your daily motivation. If you are independantly minded then move towards being self employed and build a revenue stream around your interests and strengths. If you do not have a vision of where you want to be in the future then it explains a feeling of hopelessness. A ship floating in the middle o…

I agree with your specifics, the n count, upbringing (christianity). I agree because i know a real life example. Women age terribly when they sleep around. Good take. This is'nt unicorn mentality this is recognising how behaviour effects attractiveness in women.

Im happy it worked out for the other guy. In both cases it seems keep working on yourself is the best course of action. She learned a costly lesson too late in life.

Stress will do that. I create my own income and can manage stress easily as a result, fosters outcome independance because nobody controls my life. Take ownership of your mental health, your mind is your most important asset. Manage stress, eliminate things that cause stress. Doesnt mean dont challenge yourself but just take the wheel and change your circumstance.

For sure, offering value is crucial otherwise you are delusional beliveing that anyone would want to associate with you. Im aware of the value i bring to each relationship and i cultivate those qualities and behaviours as long as they line up with my compass aswell. This makes realtionships very fulfilling. Being a leader is as much about sacrifice as it is gain. Alpha positions are glamorised but truly being a good leader is a dicipline, harder than ever in todays world as good values are being…

I mean honestly all you have control over is your thoughts and actions so analysing them and comparing them to an archetype confident/ dominant person and making the adjustments. In terms of strategy is was my ability to weather high stress situations that allowed me to push my growth to the max. Im going gray, but the characteristics ive gained serve me well. In your situation it would be challenging your dad despite his withdrawal, the next step is become outcome indipendant of his approval. Y…

Being 5'7 and having a young looking face i had to culture "big dick energy". Calm, confident, unshakable demeanor. Had people refer to the perceived phenom as "yeah but your not small" In context that despite me short height within a friends group i dont give off the same energy most do being smaller and therefore ususally timid or less assertive. Luckily for you the aspects of your person that are largely unchangable are beneficial. Changing a mind is something anyone can do with focused inten…

Learn to forget, as soon as she comes into your mind, cast the thought out. Youre still "in love" because youre enjoying the feeling you had with her and your idea of her. Its an illusion, forget and find somebody real. Learning to accept, forget and move on is a great skill that hugely aids abundance mentality. Dont get hung up, push forward.

I cut out people from younger lifer because of this reason. People form strong opinions and as you mature and develop as a person they only serve to at best missunderstand you, at worst hold you back. Dont tolerate this from anyone you dont have to.

What in the fuck is even that. Moving into a house with your girlfriend and a girl you fancy is asking for trouble and thats putting it lightly. Im suprised it took spooning that little red flag to start things going wrong. Sure they were pizza burns and not self harm scars, self haming bitches will ruin your life without even trying. Spend your time not even reading the side bar, try find the chromosome your missing my dude. Kidding man, you know you fucked yourself just dont do it again aha.

Can for sure tell that she is ommiting truths and is not being forthcoming with her actions and intentions. The reason being is she would likely look like a bad person. How she can conduct herself so gleefully as she delivers this shows how little respect she has for him. Ive seen women at least try feign sadness and regret as long as they are being watched, it switches off the moment they belive they are out of sight, speaking from experience. Got to remind yourself that these behaviours are pa…

To grow you need to push through discomfort. When someone is shy it ususally indicates a small circle of comfort. He may be now unwilling to face discomfort. The first challenge is taking him outaide his comfort zone for him to realise it can be worth it. e.g. treetop obstacle course, gym, hike, sparring, bouldering. Once someone is in the mindset of facing discomfort they are ready to redpill. At the moment he will be expertly dodging all information that makes him uncomfortable no matter how r…

Enjoyed the post, for sure lots of benefits for people gaining experience. May have a big benefit for someone inexperienced but theyre also getting thrown in at the deep end in a sense. Would be difficult by my estimation for them to avoid oneitis. Even if they make a conscious effort to avoid this their body recognised they only have one partner and will change its chemisty. Could be seen as a rite of passage though, get their bed game up and get burned by womens nature. Set them up become sava…

Little tid bit i wanna throw in. Its okay to not like yourself and be uncomfortable with who you are. You may recognise youre not working on improving enough, letting yourself go and not living in line with your best self. Loving yourself will come more naturally when you have been working on yourself and goals consistantly over time. For example ive been consistent in gym and business and i am more content with myself. I have a stronger sense of what i will tolerate and what i wont(self-esteem)…

Do you have more details on spotting an alpha widow? Off the bat i would call being cronically non-commital unlike how an inexperienced woman would be in a relationship. This due to the idea that no man is worth her full commitment if they dont match up to him. Even then, her hamster will say the ex must be better because he didnt commit like this new guy.

Experience has showed me that if youre real with yourself you can sense who else is real with you, i.e. not flaky and fake. I agree with cutting people off, they owe you nothing and you owe them less, if the thought crosses your mind that you should cut them off then chances are theyve done something worth cutting them off for. Or at least removing all effort and commitment. 100% most people are crabs because its the default operating mode, amused mastery is accepting and lending no weight to th…

This whole post is great. Just nitpicking, the crush her with logic is some autistic shit haha, girls dont respond to logic they follow feels. You can rewrite reality and if they like you they will eat it up, no logic. Ive wasted my time trying to use logic with whymyns. Thanks for the post my dude, hope you business is doing well, self reliance is such and important part of redpill, life and game. Not counting investments, but you need the capital to start. Most people who own enough money to live off interest would have a substantial income and will spend many hours maintaining that income. Nothing comes free. every income takes time investment wether growing capital initially or running business. Continue being foolish, it will serve my spite well.
