Unfortunately. Please make sure you have a good support system there for you during this! There is nothing wrong with grieving what you had and having to go through this. Take this time to rediscover yourself, heal, and grow.

Don’t talk or say anything until you clear it with your lawyer first. No matter how small it might seem. They can try to use anything you say against you. Sorry you are going through this, I hope the best for you and that it works out the best way possible!

Woman here. I’d like to use my Pawpaw (grandpa) as my positive thing.. I lost my father at 10 years old and ended up being taken in by my grandparents. My Pawpaw was and still is the most hard working, honest, loyal, loving, and dedicated man I’ve ever seen. He has taught me so much. Seeing him sacrifice and work hard day in and day out in order to make sure his family had everything they need. Often putting their needs before his own, and never complaining about it.. he taught me to appreciate …

I’m sorry that people are projecting their own personal things onto you. If this was a woman no one would think any differently or question it. Women complain about men not being affectionate or caring about their kids, or kids in general. Then when they do, they are a pedo and accused of stuff for no reason. It’s absolutely absurd and no one can tell me that’s not how it is. Speaking from a female perspective.. I don’t see anything wrong with what you did, society has completely trashed the min…

Wait. Didn’t you know that Feminists can’t be misandrist. They are oppressed, so they are simply stating their delusional beliefs that must triumph any logic and factual argument to say otherwise.

If you are lucky enough to find a therapist takes you seriously.. to even listen. I lost my cousin to suicide,he went through 3 therapists/psychiatrists. They all wanted to push medication and have him respond to a questionnaire. If he wasn’t getting better they upped the dose and added more pills. When he got really bad and I called for an emergency visit she said she couldn’t help him and he needed to find a new psychiatrist.. so even the medical field is giving up and disregarding these men. …

Interesting that the CDC rounded UP on the percent of males in the population… it’s actually 49.5 percent.. which makes it look even worse because men are LESS than half of the population but OVER 80% of suicides. Don’t let the CDC disregard the .5% they try to take.. All to lessen the blow. I’ve been arguing for years this exact statistic! Suicide rate tied to Men absolutely is proof of how horrible the mental health system is for Men and the lack of care and proper resources provided for them.…

I’ve been labeled a “MRAsshole” by a MOD on a woman’s page and then got permanently banned from the page, because I said something about how she spoke to a male for a genuine question.. so at this point I’m here guns blazing. I’m so over it. I’m over the feminist. I’m over being told IM oppressed by other women… when I’m NOT. I’m just tired of this BS.. I’m tired of seeing guys get treated like dirt for simply existing.. and everyone thinks it’s fine.

Yup! Unfortunately you’ll get dragged and called multiple things “pick me” “Seeking validation” and whatever else… but let’s be real here, at least you aren’t the one living on a delusional pedestal society has made for women like they are… I rather be called names for being real than delusional. It’s sad how people are so blind to it as well.. and don’t want to even acknowledge it is happening that way. Men get made fun of and joked on for having body image issues, or struggling.. or it often just gets completely disregarded. Like struggling has been gatekeeped for women only.

Yup and I feel this all tied into the argument now, that you can’t trust any man. Even the well dressed Doctor who seems like a good guy can be a monster, because of the way media and everything are putting out stories. When I go to my OBGYN every year for a physical, he has TWO female nurses in there now with him. She looked at him, rolled up her window and took off like she was terrified of him.. And he is the President of the History Society for the State we live in, and a History professor at a University… a very nice laid back classic Nerd who just love’s tattoos and a beard 😂…

Naturally many are going to be judged on appearance, but saying OPs statement is not even close to being true and it’s “all” about the way you carry yourself is false. Also, was it they had tattoos as well as looked homeless? I have a half sleeve, as well as other tattoos and I have a professional Job. So I would hope they wouldn’t stigma tattoos with having to look a certain way that was negative 😂 If anything I feel the fact they looked homeless had more to do with it than the tattoos.

The amount of articles and research on Women being afraid of men, and having fears/anxiety’s is unreal. There are men who can carry themselves as perfect as you can get, and dressed as nice as you can get… and will still (and have) faced this. How you carry yourself with how you are being perceived goes for both men and women.. but that does not take away the fact this is something many men face and deal with on a daily basis. Using that argument justifies wrongful deaths. People shooting or att…

I’m sorry that it’s become to where people have to feel like they have to validate women “also” have struggles, while expressing something they are struggling with. Your feelings are 10000% valid and it is totally okay to feel how you do. It does NOT mean you are taking away from anyone or saying anything about what women deal with. Honestly what a woman deals with doesn’t matter here. This is what YOU are experiencing.. and what you are going through is important. Don’t let anyone make you feel…

Let’s not comment snarky remarks like this when you have someone who’s trying to get advice and reassurance. This should be a community to where one can feel safe to post something like this and not be met with this type of response. But on a spin of this, it can be seen as a traumatic experience for him due to how things like this easily get escalated. So his feelings are 100% valid, and we aren’t going to dimish that.

Is this sarcasm? Men can absolutely struggle with insecurities, and mocking leads to further issues, depression, and other things. It’s not fair to say women should be complimented and men shouldn’t. Men deserve to be treated with dignity and respect.. not pushed and torn down.

You may be surprised but I do agree with you in that. I would like believe my history on this sub along with others.. would show I tend to show the complete opposite of that. I can definitely understand that view point as well! I think because it says “as”, that’s what does it.. because you can say something along the lines of “Women can be terrible along with men” or “Women can be terrible and men can be terrible as well”. Something that groups them together instead of having women being compared to the man. “As terrible as men” I’ve herd that saying before and it makes me feel like it’s insinuating men are already terrible/bad and women are not. Automatically putting men in a negative view. Women can be Terrible and vicious beings. Yes.. but let’s not say they can be as terrible as men. This, I’ve gotten so much hate and slack from feminist because of my views and the way I want to live… because they view it as oppression and I don’t at all.. I guess because it’s a woman going against what they try to push and it shows… it’s not the case at all for women.
/r/MensRights20/06/23 10:08 PM

One of the main points for me, as a women. Is the fact I feel Feminism takes away from being proud to be a woman. The feminine qualities and natural instinct women have, feminism frown upon and encourage to do the complete opposite. As if it’s wrong or bad. The modern day feminist movement is degrading to a woman. Where if you want to be a homemaker, who is submissive to the husband and take on the woman’s role, then you are automatically oppressed and self hating. To add, the way feminist have …

Definitely understand and see that.. but if we continue to allow it and let it prevent us from doing.. then their movement only grows and gets stronger while we get weaker and picked apart. I’ve wondered about a women’s supporting men’s right page(Women for Men’s rights), that would be like a “partner” page with this one. So it could establish a bigger women’s audience and discussion and then it would tie into this page. So they support one another.. since there isn’t a big platform or things out there for why Women support Men’s rights.. and also what and how women face these things, with other women. As someone who lost their father at a young age, I’ve always struggled with people who don’t celebrate their dads. Meanwhile women make up 40% of the REPORTED (imagine the number of unreported) domestic abusive cases against men.. and numbers are higher for men who experience Emotional Abuse than women.. It’s time to drop the female victim mentality. They are not harmless, victims.

I think if you face adversity, which everyone does.. that does not mean you are oppressed. The term oppression is being used loosely now, and has lost its true meaning.

I’m just here to say; That new studies are showing Men are MORE susceptible to emotional abuse than women.. Actually 40% of domestic abuse (reported) cases are women AGAINST men.. often many men don’t report anything and it goes without being handled by the law or anything along those lines. So the argument of men being the main ones to abuse and neglect can quickly be corrected.

I believe you are missing the point. This group is for men’s rights, so it’s going to discuss things that men are facing today.. from their POV.. and if it appears to you that the entire sub feels this way, then there must be a reason behind it. It’s not made up, and not just because people want a pity party. It’s because it’s what these men are facing everyday.. and who am I to say if their personal feelings and experiences are wrong or invalidate them? If you feel it’s ridiculous you don’t hav…

I’m chill, also never said women had a perfect life. I wasn’t comparing the two. The only thing I said in my statement was I don’t believe Women have it harder than men. I didn’t claim women had it easier or men had it harder. This is how things get twisted, adding in and assuming things that were never stated.. to make what someone said not at all what they said/meant.

Everyone faces their own adversities.. but I feel like we can acknowledge when Males face things, and not degrade them or act like it’s not important… it’s not a game of “who has it harder”. But simply being realistic and aware that there are difficulties faced.. even if it doesn’t seem like a “big deal” or something that is equivalent to you, doesn’t mean that it does not matter. It does. The Suicide statistics for Men should be a huge red flag that Men face things that women obviously are not.…

That’s so awesome! I love seeing stuff like that in the schools! It’s amazing what actually listening to them and showing compassion can do! Women’s. It’s always been about women’s. Men’s mental health has never been taken seriously or even considered. It’s not spoken, highlighted, or even sponsored by big social influencers. Personally? Oh 1000% and wonder why women don’t want to do that for men anymore. Because feminism has taken away from being proud to do those things… to support and be uplifting to their significant other/spouse. If you encourage, help, or support a man in a relationship and want to cook/clean… then it’s frowned upon.. because God Forbid you actually care about a man’s mental health and well being.. and want him to have a overall happy life.

I 1000000% agree. Men and women are built differently, for a reason. I am not built to do the things a man can do. It’s not sexist, it’s basic human genetics. That’s why all these transgender women are crushing women in sports right now. Because they are still genetically a man. There is nothing with acknowledging that we are built different and men can do things a woman might not. I’m fine with that, I don’t want to do what a man can. It does not take anything away from me.

So you can get a head start and scream you are “being sexualized” by men while taking their money and claiming “boss” energy. 😂😂 (Note: sarcasm here.. clearly mocking todays women in society.. I am not trolling. I fully support the Men’s Right. I agree with the stances and love it)

Yup! Just like anything in this world. It thrives on structure and stability. When you break out of the “feminist” mindset and allow (for example) a traditional marriage to happen. You have let structure, Stability, a man of the household come into play and now you have a productive family of society that thrives. But people don’t want that, because women don’t need men and can do everything on their own and build their career, because being a wife isn’t good enough and isn’t seen as anything an…

You hit the nail on the head with this! Filling their heads that they are capable of doing everything a man can but better, and not needing them. Therefore automatically putting men beneath them. Which is so far from the actual truth. That’s where the deep rooted problem against men begins.. In the ideology that women are able to do everything a man can. It’s putting a subtle message men aren’t even worth it. People don’t realize how the little things truly do matter in the big picture.

This!!!! This is why I absolutely HATED when girls were allowed into Boy Scouts. Because that is something that is intended to have a positive male figure teaching boys how to be a man in respectable way. (The Boy Scouts are VERY big in my area, my father was actually an Eagle Scout) They learn so much about growing into young men and then they throw in girls? For what? Equality? No, they have Girl Scouts. Go sell some cookies. I believe in traditional Gender Roles of a household.. and men being…

“I don’t need a man” mentality and the disrespect is sickening. Feminism is taking away everything there is about being a woman and being Feminine. If you like to Cook, Clean, take care of a household and your man.. then you are oppressed.. but if you want to sexualize yourself and get money from men for doing it.. you are a boss and empowering. It’s absolutely absurd the logic.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
