Women get where they are because of merit. And aren't most people in executive positions backstabbing, c words anyway? 3	Another girl asking for everything, while contributing absolutely nothing. Black hair is very hard to maintain. My two little sisters wash their hair once every few months before making it again. It takes the entire day to do it. Keeping your natural hair as a BW is very time-consuming and very hard to maintain pretty much. If you had to spend an hour - 5 hours every time you washed your hair you would put it in braids as well. You don't have to take care of it when in braids.
