I'm a female but I don't think it's abuse. I'm a sub but like it's all consentual and the man knows I want to be treated that way before we agree to it...

The point I am making about 4 am is that I was tired. Well atleast I know one thing, European dudes are pieces of shit. 👌 I had much higher expectations of guys from Europe but I guess it's expected when everyone from there is a sex fiend and doesn't care about women as more than sex objects to have one night stands with. Damn I thought north america was bad.

I'm sorry you fucking started an argument with me at 4 in the morning. I tried to say the exact same thing but I honestly have a hard time believing you have even a modicum of compassion for any woman or elderly person on this planet. You're just a little kid. And a douschy one to top it off. Oh yeah and your argument about women being sluts and that's why you wouldn't move for them was absolute shit. You're a real catch. Don't have a girlfriend or ever fucking mate. Wow. You have a lot of growi…

This is exactly what I was trying to say to him but you put it much more eloquently. What an immature jerk.

I don't mean that the act of giving birth is the aspect that should be celebrated, I meant like being a parent, and the fact that you are sacrificing so much to bring a little human into this world should be. Also I agree with you, his argument sucks. You cannot look at a woman and have any knowledge as to why they are pregnant. Which I mentioned in some of my arguments to him.

Yeah feminism is only about putting women above mwn rather then putting them on an equal playing field

What If she's alone? What if he can't get a seat either. Not a very good argument.
/r/AntiFeminists29/04/21 02:45 PM

I would give my seat to anyone who needed it, male or female but the point is, and women who wouldn't do the same are assholes as anyone should give up their seat if necessary. if the pregnant woman asked you for the seat you should legit give it to her. You know that things like that could cause a miscarriage right? I don't care about non pregnant women I specifically mentioned pregnant ones. Non pregnant women unless they're elderly or handicapped (same for men), and sometimes women with strol…

But do you know every person on this planet and their financial status or intelligence? You don't. So you can't make that judgement call. I 100% see what you're saying and there's a reason I don't have kids yet. But still just because you don't think kids are a blessing doesn't mean you should be an asshole to a pregnant woman on a bus who is a total stranger and you know nothing about. Seriously. You must be very young. Plus some people are made to have kids and are more and willing to take on …

Children are a blessing. Then again I'm a bonafide Christian and I'm quite traditional in respects to marriage and baby making, so I would see kids as a blessing but of course not everyone believes that and I respect your opinion. And yes they should be celebrated, and you should be willing to understand how shitty it is to carry one for nine months. Why do you assume all pregnant women are having sex with random people? Maybe they are in a commited relationship, you don't know. At the very leas…

You were brought to this earth by that very action. Ask your mother about her pregnancy with you and ask her about the hellish experience she went through to put your rude ass on this planet. Call her right now. She could have aborted you, or miscarried you because some asshole on a bus wouldn't let her sit down. I'm not a feminist, just remember where you came from. Girl YUSS! I never thought about that, but now that you've mentioned it yes! I wish I could have found more sane women in my area too. I basically don't have a lot of female friends, it's so sad. 😭

I'm not a feminist, mate. That's why I'm here. Not every woman is a feminist. Don't paint us all with the same brush. I don't categorize every man as a dick or something so don't categorize me as a feminist just because I have a vagina. I mean granted I like having equal human rights to a man in my society but that's because I'm a human being and I don't want to be treated as less than a human either. But we've already fought that battle and won. (I can vote, own property and by law I am conside…

I'm not after rich men so I don't know what you're talking about. Rich or poor I could care less. Men are human beings. You think my boyfriend is bringing in the big $$? We're just surviving like everyone else. If you mean I don't see 95% of men, I mean yeah the world has a lot of people, so I haven't met every single man on this planet no.

Men have feelings and as a woman I support that. I don't want them to be afraid of who they are. Crying is not weakness or femininity. If you need to cry I will be there to support you, I won't judge you or laugh at you, I will still respect your masculinity regardless of your need to cry.

Nope. My man and I take turns paying. I don't mind once in a while and he doesn't mind once in a while. I try to not be a burden on his bank account. We're both working adults.

Sometimes it's because we have no choice. It's not like we haven't been demanding pockets or larger ones. Clothing designers do what they want though

Yeah but a lot of the time this makes us our partner's pack muel unfortunately (Metaphor). the number of times my boyfriend has asked me to carry shit for him is unfathomable. 😅

No problem I'm not here to oppose most things people here post, I'm pretty anti modern feminism but I do support 1st wave feminism which gave women a lot more recognition as human beings and not property.
/r/AntiFeminists15/03/21 01:21 PM
3

Oh I don't think it's sexist. I think it's dumb and I'm not the only woman that believes that. I never said it was sexist though. Don't assume that just because of my gender. Tiny pockets or lack thereof has been something we've complained about for years but unfortunately clothing companies haven't listened so there's lots of demand for it but fashion designers do what they want lol.
/r/AntiFeminists15/03/21 01:16 PM

It is rather annoying to have smaller pockets though. I'm a woman. I know these things, but obviously wearing shorts if you have big pockets it will look strange.

It is however unfortunate because if male only shelters did exist I would love to volunteer as someone to help them recover and be there for them during the process. Men get super bitter if a single woman fucks them around and it's kind of depressing because not all women are bad people and I would want to be there as a reminder of the kindness of a real woman. Because yeah a lot of women can be awful but there's also a number of great women and it would be a message in my mind like "don't give …

That's exactly why I'm not a part of the Catholic church. My denomination includes women, thankfully. We get to have a voice and that's wonderful.
/r/AntiFeminists09/02/21 08:05 AM
2

Okay but I can. The priesthood uses some absolutely bullshit arguments to exclude women from almost everything in the church. Like the system is designed where women don't even get a say when it comes to church governance of their own issues. That sounds like discrimination to me. I'm sorry but if a bunch of men want to make decisions about what I'm allowed to do with my body, sexuality and how my body works without consulting any actual women that's pretty concerning. We can't even hold any pos…

I absolutely agree with you. Men are marginalized when it comes to domestic abuse statistics. You guys are almost forgotten and it's really sad. Domestic violence goes both ways. It's not like just because women have vaginas we're not capable of being mean and vendictive. It's worse when we do it because men feel like they can't defend themselves. I'd like to see men only shelters too, but I'm sure all the feminists would cry "sexism"
/r/AntiFeminists09/02/21 07:50 AM
2

They really don't have reason and if women formed a religious organization and didn't allow men I'm almost certain men would call bullshit on that. "Having a reason" is not a reason to exclude women from these organizations.
/r/AntiFeminists09/02/21 07:45 AM
2

Oh it's totally a double standard. I don't even doubt that. I do however want to ask you your feelings on shelters for battered women? A lot of women that are escaping severely abusive relationship can go to a no male allowed women's shelter for recovery and support. What is your take on that?
/r/AntiFeminists09/02/21 07:44 AM

The priesthood, the freemasons, certain gentleman's clubs. I'm just going to play devils advocate here. There are legitimate organizations/groups we as woman cannot join. I'm not a feminist I'm just addressing OPs question.

I think the ability to determine our own democracy is a human right whether you think so or not. I would never let this right be taken from me. I'd have a gun at the ready if someone tried.

There's something called not caring about feminism. I wouldn't call it sexist, it's just indifference but apparently that doesn't exist to them.

Hey I'm not saying you don't understand feminism. I'm saying that I've seen boomer mother in law's I've had expect this of the guys I've been dating or likewise

This is horribly objectifying lol. Here’s the thing, in 2020, since wages are low and living is expensive my boyfriend and I share a lot of financial responsibilities. And when we eat out sometimes we pay for ourselves or I pay for us both or he does, really depends on who got paid or who is getting paid soon lmao. But that’s just 2020 and trying to afford life. I never ask him for anything nor does he ask me but we still buy each other things often. I think that’s how a relationship should be.

By demanding things you're making yourself look entitled rather than being on an equal playing field to us. Instead maybe ask "hey, I don't understand English well and that doesn't make sense, are you joking?" It sounds a lot more pleasant then making yourself seem entitled by demanding we use /s when most English speakers understand it's a joke. It's a good lesson to learn if you ever immigrate to the west. We don't like entitlement. You're fine though. 😊
/r/AntiFeminists24/04/20 02:24 AM

You're not the first person who didn't understand English that has demanded this. And while I understand, you are in an English subreddit and you should not be demanding that we cater to you. You're not better than us because your English isn't good.
/r/AntiFeminists24/04/20 02:16 AM

It was obvious that he was joking. Chill out man. People hate assholes like you. If you don't have enough brain cells to make sense of it in a realistic way it's probably a joke.

Most of the time shelters don't discriminate but as a female I have volunteered in a women's shelter. It wasn't for homeless per se. It was for women who were coming out of domestic abuse situations. It can happen to both genders but that is typically why they segregate shelters for one gender or another. I would love to help out men in domestic violence shelters too but unfortunately the statistics and reporting is quite low for that and mostly there are no mens shelters that deal with that. An…

It is a method. If ejaculation does not enter the woman's uterus, babies don't happen. Therefore by definition it's birth control. It's not 100% effective. But conceptually it's birth control in a sense.
/r/AntiFeminists16/04/20 10:39 PM

Secondly a woman's biological clock stops ticking at about 40 at the latest. Women start to experience menopause symtpoms and though you're right if you didn't have a lot of kids in those times yours may not survive but they also don't stay children forever and a woman's ability (biologically) to nurse only lasts so long. But there were definitely means of contraceptive before birth control. And some have proven to be effective but may not have been as widely known due to the lack of internet an…

I am a female who doesn't wear heels or dresses often. I am just me and I don't really put it on a basis of gender roles. If I feel like wearing a dress I wear it. If I don't I don't. The progress that was made for me gives me the freedom to choose whether or not I want to wear a dress and heels. Which is awesome. But we don't need to fight for something we already have the right to do. I'm pretty sure my boyfriend thinks I look cute in a dress and heels or my jeans and t shirt, it makes no diff…

You didn't have to get pregnant even without birth control. Women could have remained single, or practiced safe sex (pull out game) or used condoms. So I don't think your entire statement is true as woman's purpose is not entirely relegated to baby making or sex objects. I feel as though a woman's purpose is also related to companionship and committment. Male and female are companions to each other. I'm a Christian okay, Christianity teaches us that women are a helper to men, which implies women…

As a woman myself I would say a lot of progress has been made for women since the suffragist movements worldwide. I don't feel oppressed and for the most part I feel like society DOES cater to me in some ways more than men. I wouldn't say I'm entirely equal to males in that there are still some inequalities especially in third world countries. For the most part in my first world western nation, I am pretty happy and generally don't feel oppressed. I do like feeling protected by men though but I …

Here's some deductive reasoning for you guys: If: All women and men are equal All men are pigs Then: women are pigs. In logic, two premises, if true make a conclusion so the conclusion in this case is a product of statements 1 and 2. Logic 1, feminists 0. I just called my own gender (female) pigs. Oink, I guess.
