Russia wanted an American that they could throw the book at, because they are mad at the US for supporting Ukraine. I love how they ask "what did I do??" over and over and over again, got to be the most annoying part of these videos... And I have a theory as to why: it's not that they don't understand that they broke a law, it's that they don't understand why the cop is punishing them for it. They don't deserve to be arrested, sure they broke the law, but laws don't really matter when they break them.
