Well comparing renting a room to (what I'm assuming is) a family home is like comparing apples to oranges, my man. How much is the total rent, with all roommates added together? I'm sure not 4 times less than what the lady in the picture wrote.
Some of her numbers are high but you must rent a small room in a place filled with mold if you're 5 minutes from the ocean in CA and pay less than 1800 for a 1 bedroom.
