| 23 | Hookup culture is a scamLook up these people. Do not automatically trust that therapist. Many out there will "flip the script" on your trauma, as others in this group have talked about. Be very careful when you speak to a therapist as many only know how to paraphrase and reflect, and do CBT, none of which are therapy. Those things are not therapy.
