| 1 | Need help with Divorce in MAFind a lawyer who understands RSUs. Look up Baccanti formula it is used in MA to figure out division of unvested RSUs which takes into account the grant day and the final vesting day. So if you just got a new track last month then it would only be a small percentage of RSUs that would be considered martial assets.
