I know. But then OP would be stupid if he said “because she’s dating my friend” instead of “because she thinks I’m gay”.

I’ve never made a move on her because she’s dating my friend Doesn’t look like it

I said it’s not POPULAR everywhere. Did you ever learn how to read, brother?

It’s because it is. But not if roles were reversed only. Stealthing is rape no matter who is committing it.

She does sound annoying…. Well! It is what it is

Don’t worry, I’m not arguing that you think all women are the same or something. It’s just sad when one person is so annoying that they create a whole category of people that might keep you from approaching new people and making friends (unless you never wanted that to begin with, which upon reading your comment I realize it might be the case)
/r/seduction09/09/21 01:46 PM

That’s so sad! I’m sorry your experience has been like that.

I don't think her ego was bruised at all... she went after it and she wanted the sex too. You act as if women hate sex and are offended after they have it lmao she made a dumb comment and we don't even have the context of the conversation here to understand why the heck she said that. He is the one who got his ego hurt because he isn't satisfied by being approached by a woman, apparently.

Well if you two fucked, what's the matter with being a nice guy? You're making a fuss over nothing

Yes, but “house parties” aren’t “house parties” everywhere. What you’re not getting is that finding ways to socialize will vary GREATLY from culture to culture and country to country, whereas “what women generally like in a guy” or “how to do I express my feelings properly to him” will generate generally the same kind of advice across the (western) world.

Hope it works out!

Fair enough! Maybe suggest doing something else if things get silent? Like “hey so do you wanna go get a coffee right now at XXX?”
/r/seduction18/08/21 04:22 PM

You can’t ask that to someone from a different culture. They’re not going to give you useful advice!

That’s hilarious

Maybe he doesn’t live in an area where the 12h am/pm clock is used? It can get confusing when you’re translating things in your head. But yeah the Asian dudes thing was iffy.

Remember everybody needs to be alert enough to be able to clearly consent! But yes drugs help a lot with one’s confidence.
/r/seduction18/08/21 04:11 PM

Well have you asked things related to her fields of interest? People love to talk about themselves. If you have and she just doesn’t engage then that’s on her. You’re not obligated to keep the conversation going. Or maybe she just enjoys silence?
/r/seduction18/08/21 04:10 PM

Yes, absolutely! I think what you said actually further explains what I was trying to explain.
/r/seduction10/08/21 07:13 PM

Self talk is a thing, but I’m really talking about actually “acting”. Pretending you’re someone who is confident, like you’re in a play only you can watch. It sounds crazy, but it has helped me come off as confident and attractive when inside I was feeling like a dumbass. After a while it just becomes what you do, and it’s not pretending anymore. But all that being said, I am in no way saying this is super easy or that everyone is able to dissociate enough to actually do it. I just personally fi…

It doesn’t matter though Edit: look! You’re this guy!

You assume women don’t have friend and/or don’t talk to each other or go on the internet to places like this very sub and read other women’s experiences, wants and needs.
/r/seduction10/08/21 03:19 PM
2

Yes yes, I’m not making a point against you, necessarily, just wanted to expand it on something that a lot of people can just brush off as “ah that’s not a thing”.
/r/seduction10/08/21 03:14 PM

Yes!!!
/r/seduction10/08/21 03:12 PM

That’s true! Neither are men. Why would you say “ask the fishermen” then?
/r/seduction10/08/21 03:10 PM

And that second hand knowledge can’t be a woman’s? What you’re saying makes NO sense. If you wanna ask a woman how she wants to be picked up but you can’t ask the specific woman, ask other women. That’s your own argument right there.
/r/seduction10/08/21 12:37 PM

Of course!! But habit is a powerful thing. If you can pretend a little bit, it already helps you. This is of course excluding depression and other issues that are bigger than any of this.
/r/seduction10/08/21 12:36 PM

Confidence can totally be faked. You can’t fake it 24 hours a day, but you can fake it 7 days a week of that makes sense. I would say fake it AND work on yourself until you make it. But faking it is actually great.

Damn that a stupid thing to say. Sure sir but I hope you don’t get into a marriage and spend 10 years having an awful life together because you didn’t learn how to communicate because “men know women better” yes yes yes
/r/seduction10/08/21 03:32 AM

Yes, but I work in psychology and I’m telling you this “soft skill” is not the same.

Mmmm not really? Would you say that a comedian is necessarily more funny (in one on one casual social interactions) than a regular funny person? I wouldn’t. Also, a therapist is “empathetic and warm” in a way designed to professionally help people with issues, not in a “I’m a good friend” way, necessarily. People aren’t the same way outside of their jobs, at least not in the way you’re thinking. You sound like you have kind of misunderstood what a therapist does tbh. What I’m saying is, no. They…

Most women date up? What are the factors that make “up” and “down” being taken into consideration here?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/20 01:19 PM

To be honest, it’s for everyone. It’s delusional to think that it’s FOR men, but it’s also hypocritical to say it’s not. It’s for the world and her surroundings, which includes both men and women.
